I was born a preemie, died and came back(resuscitated) 1 lb 12 ounces. I was in hospital for 4 months...the Creator brought me back for a reason, when I tell others my story they can't believe it, but my Heavenly Father has His hand on me. HalleluYah!

Here I am today , with a Loving Husband & 4 healthy children. 😊 What brought me here today , is I'm trying to see what was others who was born prematurely as well , intellectual is like as an adult ? As I'm starting to feel like I'm discovering delays on my own.
That’s crazy I was also born 1lb 12 oz and died and came back multiple times (I think). How many weeks was you born? I was 25 weeks. God wants us here. How do your parents treat you?
I have to say that as someone born 3 months early in 1986, it angers me that they're just NOW talking about this stuff. Doctors only seem to care that you survived infancy, not about your long-term health risks. I've gotten a lot of eyerolls whenever I mention the circumstances of my birth and how concerned I am over my heart health, and if I ask for screenings, they act like I'm paranoid for no reason.
@@TheAaronChand I don't dispute that doctors and nurses are aware, but in my experience those concerns aren't always taken as seriously as they should be.

Now I'm here today with a Loving Husband, and 4 healthy children. But what brought me here today, is I'm trying to figure out is others who were born prematurely as well are discovering intellectual delays ? As I am .. I'm discovering on my own , that I have some delays . I also have aches and pains in my joints , but doctors seem to not understand or care ! So that's why I 100 percent agree with this statement 😊
I was born three months premature with a 10 percent chance to live I was 1 pound 9 ounces and I had seven blood transfusions and now I’m a healthy 27 year old I’m so blessed to be here and so grateful for the doctors for all that they did and what they are doing for all the premature babies
@@sharpshooter9730 I believe I had a hard time socialising, also because I grew up in a toxic household, my dad was physically and verbally abusive, hence why I was born premature in first place. But also because I experienced racism and tried to be a people pleaser and a friend maker. Ive noticed I have very bad attachment issues. I was in a relationship for 5 years and it’s affected my badly breaking up. I believe we gotta be strong no matter what. I like to be alone also though.
I was born 26 weeks Premature 1pd 14 oz then dropped to 1pd 4oz I’m proud of the Journey I’ve come too see I wrestled in High school scared to drive but people criticize me for it and other Deffects I’m an Artist but it’s hard with ADHD As Well 🙏 I’m Glad I’m Not Alone Let’s Finish Our Story! I am A Surviving Nec Babie!
My mom told me I could fit in her hand it’s take us a while to gain weight that we desire as well being premature is so uncommon people fault you for your mental and physical attributes
As a preemie, i can confirm the first two ailments listed. I have autism, adhd, and ocd, and because my lungs are underdeveloped, i have to be very careful with allergens, as my allergies will make it very hard for me to breathe.

Well said I feel the same way, I was 3.5 months early in 1985.
