- In this video I’m going to show you how to diminish, improve and prevent jowls. Plus 🌸Check out my NEW FREEBIE below🌸
Jowls are loose pouches of skin and muscle that collect below the jawline creating uneven appearance along the line of the jaw and the lower face. Jowl is essentially an elongation of the upper cheek muscles which have lost the strength to hold themselves up and instead ‘too much’ is collected at the bottom in the form of a little bag which we call a jowl.
So by strengthening our upper cheek muscles, we will be able to significantly improve the look of jowls and diminish those unsightly pouches. I’m going to show you just one technique that’s going to make all the difference to the appearance of jowls.
Please make sure you follow the steps along carefully with me and engage the muscles to the best of your ability without any discomfort. You’ll need to have an eye cream or face moisturiser handy as we’ll be applying it before the exercise.

Wow! The best jowl exercise ever! Thank you. 😊
Nice 😀Happy to hear you felt it working in your face🌸💆♀
Thank you,
You are welcome 🌸
Thank you! Great exercise. Do you have any exercises for the strong chin? To relax the strong muscle.❤
Thanks Moya, glad you enjoyed it 🌸 When you say strong chin muscle, do you mean it feels tight and needs releasing ?
I mean it also called Baba Yaga chin - what an ugly name 🤦🏻♀️😝 it’s a particularly strong muscle which creates a little crease between the chin and the bottom lip.
Thnx ma'am 🎉🎉....lub u ❤
🌸💟💆♀
Thank you so much. I notice that my left side is a lot harder to do. I was operated on the left side. Would you advice me to practice the left side more because of this?
You are welcome 🌸 it's possible the left side is tight and needs a gentle massaging out before working the muscles. You might like to do a face massage video releasing tightness in the fascia esp on the left side, before doing theJowls video. Let me know if this helps with better muscle engagement on the left side. 💆♀
Operations can sever nerves and inhibit feeling and control of muscles. Good to do what you can to tone and stretch that side in a compassionate manner.
I noticed the jowel disappears if the neck muscles could be Tightened underneath. It seems not only to be coming from the cheek, also tongue posture and under chin looseness
True, the tongue posture also plays an important role for the whole of the low face toning :)
@@ElementalFaceYogawithPolina thank you for taking the time to reply. I did initially think the slight jowel appeared because of drooping on the cheek muscles however when I push in under the jaw the jowel completely disappears, so I believe tightening up the neck muscles could maybe be enough to remove it? I've tried a few exercises my problem is with consistency
You can try a mixture of mewing, cheek and neck exercises (5 mins tops for firming exercises and mewing as often as you can remember)@@Stardust_Truth_Seeker . if you master consistency, you'll get different results :) so work on being consistent and daily application of techniques to achieve that 🌸💆♀
What is the cost for creating a routine specifically for me? TIA
Hi Karen, I'd be delighted to create a program for you! Please visit this link here which gives you all the info on how this works, including the cost:

Is it ok if my cheek muscles shake a little?
Also, can you recommend me something for my forehead, my right side doesn’t move as my left one, is like my muscles are weaker, even my eyebrow is more drop.
Thanks i am obsessed with your videos ❤
Thanks for your comments Danny🌸 I'm so glad you're enjoying the videos 😀 it's ok for the cheek muscles to shake, it means they are working ! for the forehead, do explore the forehead section on my channel and try and get the tension out of the forehead muscles so both sides are working evenly. There's tension release and also strength training videos in there, hope this helps 💆♀
@@ElementalFaceYogawithPolina thank you so much 😊
Is it normal that one side is easier to do than the other? I couldn't move the right side of my face as easily as my left
Yes very normal actually, one side could be weaker, keep working evenly on both sides and soon they should feel more balanced 🌸💆♀
Just wondering will this create lines around the eyes since we squint? I have crows feet and am always conscious of this area.
It shouldn't create additional lines since we're applying cream before every repetition. Also, the squint is a control conscious move which we only hold for a few seconds. You can always follow up the exercise with a smoothing massage on the crows feet area, just to be sure all stays smooth 🌸💆♀
❤❤❤❤
🌸🌷🌸
Polina I couldn do my left side I dunno why 😔
Maybe there's a bit of muscle weakness on the left side? I'd suggest starting from the left side next time and try and get the face relaxed before attempting to lift the mouth corner and then connecting with the eye movement. It will come with just a bit of practice.
Ok thank you so much , and how many times do you suggest doin this , like 3 times a week ??? Or daily
3 times a week is enough if you're also doing overall low face strengthening 5-6 times a week@@dipaldonna it doesn't have to be a long routine, 5-10 mins is plenty !
✨💫💖💫✨
Assuming you haven't secretly had fillers to restore volume; your cheek muscles appear taut with no noticeable loss of volume, at least from what I can see. I suggest isolating the muscles around the eyes when squinting with your fingers when doing your exercises to prevent repetitive movements that can lead to the formation of lines, commonly known as crow's feet. It's worth considering that this is similar to how frown lines are caused because of repeated movement of our foreheads..
It would be completely unethical to have had any work done on my face, if I'm teaching natural methods of face exercise, don't you think ? My face is 100 percent organic 😀 as far as eye isolation is concerned, this is different to squinting since we're consciously engaging the muscles so even if small lines form during the exercise itself, this is not enough to cause more lines. Eye cream application before each repetition is the key and will help to hydrate the skin for line prevention.
