Please what’s the difference between this and the exercises you posted before to lift droopy eyes? And if one eye is droopier than the other (can’t tell if it’s from a droopy eyelid or droopy eyebrow, both are uneven), do I exercise both eyes or only the smaller eye until they become even and then eventually exercise both but only once they’ve evened out please? 🙏🏼
Thanks for your question 🌸I have several videos on eyes and upper eyelids, each presenting a slightly different routine but essentially all there to achieve the result of lifting the upper eyelid space, you can choose one of these and work through it with consistency and regularity. I'd suggest doing both eyes evenly and eventually they should even out by themselves. If the eyebrows are uneven, you can also do the asymmetrical eyebrow video in addition to this, to bring more balance to the upper face. Hope it makes sense!💆♀

It's called overcompensating😂 the eye muscles are the ones that need to be squeezed so try move your attention to the lower eyelids away from the lower body 🌸💆♀ practice makes perfect!😀
