Thanks for this video, if you move to a property and have new Internet installed and a broadband ethernet lead plugged into the data logger does the data logger need reinstalling on the app? Mine is nit recording anything and got no lights on, installation company are closed for Bank holiday so no support. Thanks for any info!
The solis cloud app doesn't recognize my data logger SN and I can no longer operate the system via WLAN. Data logging stick dsl l type. I had an account with the solis home app and everything was working well. I dont understand why a working app was closed. Sry I‘m angry.
I have an old type of data logger. I have a new wi-fi router and the configuration is failing. The app is showing data logger offline. No AP_xxxxx network available to connect :(
