Agreed, power line accidents are no joke. Glad no one got hurt
Watching some of these videos with chains wrapped around stumps, that makes me nervous as hell. I have seen chains break shattering concrete. I wouldn't recommend doing it, if possible rent a stump grinder, could always dig around the stump, cut the stump further down to ground level and cover the stump with dirt.

kicked back managing to cut into his muscles around his knee. I was in therapy at the same time = he was messed up bad !
