I remember when Jadiwi was posting all those speedruns. At first they seemed legit, but after a while things started to seem suspicious. I mean, if you get a world record run in a game and you don’t post any videos of the run, that’s pretty suspicious. How are the moderators going to prove that your run wasn’t cheated without footage of the run??? WaveWarrior repeatedly asked Jadiwi if he was recording his runs and Jadiwi kept making excuses for why he wasn’t recording the runs. However, when WaveWarrior asked Jadiwi to do a hard restart to prove that his world record run of 1:43:00 for Pokémon Red Any% Glitchless was recorded live, Jadiwi simply shut off his stream. At this point, Jadiwi was DEFINITELY hiding something. Needless to say, Jadiwi was caught cheating and banned from Pokémon speedrunning FOR LIFE (I believe). Just goes to show that cheating to win NEVER pays off.
Pulse actually posted a pinned clarification comment about one of Jadiwi's runs which reads as followed: Just need to add a bit of context towards Jadiwi's 1:01:19. We're not sure if that run is spliced just yet, but apparently the Chimchar in that run has been confirmed to be legitimate, so any comments I make towards that specific run should be put towards his Sub 1 hour speedrun instead! However, everything else in the video is correct! Many apologies for the mistake, I seemed to have read a Pastebin on this information wrong.
5:45 for some games, you only need a recording if you got above a certain time threshold. You dont need video proof of you getting number 452 in a popular speedrun, as they arent gonna watch it anyways

Decision making might be less important in one game but it still matters. Excluding categories that allow for major glitches; but well, those that do test the same skill. So it's not terribly suspicious
I mean tbf: when i was speedrunning lunistice I uploaded barely any run, even when i had the world record and improved it. Because it just didn't matter to me if the improvement was too low. Granted I did stream it, but sometimes i just played by myself and tried to practiced, these were never good, but i get not uploading all your run times. Especially in an already packed category

8:00 maybe the excuse was that the emulator and recording at the same time was too much? But the DS things still makes that an fishy excuse. With the emulators an friend of mine could run gameboy and N64 emulators on an (at the time) very slow and old pc 15 years ago, and gameboy emulator does not need much power
I remember in gen 4 days my friend hate losing to me, one day she put hack pokemon in our friendly battle the girl is a cheater by i just let her win, in now she is my wife.
