The clock is a Tiera Glass piece sold by Indiana Glass at home parties in the late 70's and early 80's. They made complete sets of dishes to match. Hank gets in the trash because he is a normal old hunting hound. You goota love um.

At approximately 8:22, you missed a Fernando Botero painting down on the floor-the pleasingly plump lady in a red dress on the bicycle.
I was HOPING you’d spot it, as they can start in the hundreds of dollars, at the very least, & go up into the thousands for his artwork. He’s known for his volumetric stylization of figures…in other words, he paints people/figures to appear chubby/plump. Lol His work is very sought after!

Who has time for French phonetics when you’re running a reselling business, a media empire, and a household with two active school-age kids, one infant, a wiseacre partner (Andrew has a GREAT sense of humor!) two parrots and a dog with a trash fetish? So if I may lighten your load of things NOT to worry about, you will get away beautifully by pronouncing it “Luh (no ‘r’!) Croozay.” That’s it. Easy peasy. Luh Croozay. And you’re GOLDEN.
On a personal note, I’ve been watching your inspiring videos for years now, and like many other fans out there, they helped me keep my sanity through the pandemic, so thanks for that! You guys are going to crack up. I'm 15 minutes in and it seemed to me Jocelyn was super hyper and I am thinking what is going on she is going so fast I can't see the shelves like normal. Is there a lot of caffeine in those matcha coconut drinks? I am going on and on in my head. Then it dawns on me....I am watching at 1.25 speed. I died laughing at myself.
You will LOVE that laundry basket! I have one from way way back that I bought new from Longaberger (for who knows how much!) and, I still have it and use it. It’s fabulous and holds up so well. Glad you found one! 🙂

Having worked at a large national thrift store chain I can say with confidence that 90% of the time when things are left in the wrong spot is due to customer laziness, period. Not because of flaws in the item. 10% of the time it's to hide an item so they can come back later for it.
OMG the money I spent in the past on Longeberger Baskets! These were a steal! The shorter round one with the lid and liner could be used in the summer to hold some ice and loaded with water/tea/soda, or premade water balloons for a fun family summer time event! I have one of the original oblong laundry baskets that I bought for my mom and when she passed, I got it back. I have now turned it into a toy box for our grandson. It holds a lot and is industructive. Also looks good 😂. Love the ones you picked up! Thx for sharing!

The clock is from Indiana Glass' line "Tiara." Ebay "sold" comps for the amber glass Tiara Clocks are $20-$40. 🙂 Love the Longaberger Baskets--they were made here in my home state of Ohio!~

You will enjoy the Longaberger hamper. I checked the date on mine because I could not remember how long I had it. It was dated by the weaver in 1993 so I have used this basket since ‘93. It is still in great condition. They were made to last. It’s in my bathroom and my husband and I use it to hold our dirty clothes. Always have and always will. ❤

You should take wipes for your hands girl
There is really good way to teach Hank to stay out of the trash.
It requires catching Hank in the act of getting into the trash. Keep a fresh lemon in your fridge. When you catch Hank in the trash, squeeze lemon juice into his mouth ( dogs don't like the sour taste ) next use that same lemon that you squirted into his mouth and wipe the sour part all over the outside of the trash can. Because of his keen sense of smell he will still smell the lemon juice on the trash can and remember, " I don't like the taste of that trash." That has worked with in every dog I've worked on the first time doing it, except 2, but they learned the 2nd time. It also helps if there is a way of hiding the temptation, If that is possible. That's not an option in my own home.
Lemon juice won't hurt him. I in no way would NEVER suggest anything that would ever harm any living creature. I'm NOT a veterinarian, or Vet Tech. I still use positive reinforcements with my dog every day. And I have for 10 years now. It's a safety issue for her. Please don't be afraid to ask your vet too.

Hey Jocelyn! Have been excited watching you try WhatNot and have been tossing it around as an idea for my reselling, only to discover that as of Jan 1st a bunch of states have made it illegal to do online auctions like eBay & WhatNot without an Auctioneers License! Turns out, my state (Ky) is one of them! (OH is too) So, figured I'd mention it... for all I know you two already have a license, or your state isn't affected, but, for those watching and reading comments it's worth checking the state, country, city and township laws in your area. Because even towns sometimes have different laws than counties or the state! Dept of Agricultural usually makes these laws. Dodged a bullet, myself!
🇫🇷 lesson. Le is a tricky one….it’s pronounced Luh not La. And Emile Henry is not like Henry Ford but it is pronounced On-reee. I learned these, not in French class in elementary school in Canada, but while working at Williams-Sonoma!! 👩🏻🎨🥖 🥘

A long time ago when my kiddos were in elementary school. I decided to have an a avocado. (Do you see where this is going) I always pitted the avocado with a knife (don’t do that) Anyhow the pit was extra soft and the knife went through the pit into my hand and just poked out the back of my hand. It was an “oh shit” moments. I pulled the knife out( probably should have left it in but… you know panic) wrapped my hand with the kitchen towel. (I cringe at the germs but again… panic) took a deep breath and said “I can do this, I can drive myself to the ER”… then I got light headed and thought… “nope my children are going to come home to their mom passed out in a pool of blood” So I called my in laws who lived right down the street and they took me to the ER. I severed a nerve in that hand and still have no feeling in my finger.
Lesson of the day… DONT PIT AN AVOCADO WITH A KNIFE

I was at the Lewistown Goodwill in Burnham yesterday. They had some great stuff at good prices! They've changed things. Used to be by color, but now its formatted more like the ones in Fredrick. Tall wired racks with for all the hard goods. I think they are putting more stuff out on the shelves than they used to.

At 2:20 into the video all those wooden bowls could be a fortune sitting there I found some at my goodwill a few weeks ago paid $2 each sold for a few hundred. Kamaaina Woods of Hawaii Koa were the ones I found.

Yes - they use black sharpie marker on the items in our region to indicate price and color of label i.e. 4G is $4.99 green label. I buy the Longaberger baskets for myself as well as gifts. It's a special treat since I couldn't afford them when they 1st came out.

CLL at this Goodwill they have a few new workers and I have notice they just have really been putting items on the shelves just any where They really had some awesome people that used to work there A wonderful lady that was the manager I thought she was the best. She is no longer there and the store is really getting messy there were some other really good people that are no longer there The last time I was there I notice how they were putting items where ever. Yes I mention before the letters on the bottom of items mostly the higher price items so they can double check the price if the sticker is missing or if they question the price isn't right

Home depot has a metal trash can specifically for dog owners it's got a push step and a lock on the lid. It was under 40.00 when we got it not sure on the price now though

Love the baskets, Longaberger is good quality. They have a great history, and their building is is iconic! A shame they closed production… when you opened the dining room shot, the lighting was perfect, and the wall behind you was so pretty! (So are you lol) but the wallpaper and the green looked so nice!
