Second comment….. I used to be a decorative painter, now retired, but my suggestion would be to repaint it. The eyes appear to be in tact as well as the ball. I’d try to match 2 or 3 shades of the grey paint at the craft store. Starting with the darkest value- I would basecoat with that and allow it to dry- then dry brush with an inexpensive dry chip brush with the lighter values . Sounds a bit complicated but it’s really not. There’s even little bottles of patio paint for outside planters to withstand the elements. I always spray with a polyurethane sealer to add a bit to f sheen. You’re a crafty lady with all your resin projects. I think it’s in your wheelhouse!❤

I liked the voice over section. My 17 year old son narrated it and it was quite humorous!
I would use steel wool to get loose paint off. Then in a matching color repaint maybe using a dry brush method so as to not completely cover it. Give it a distressed look. Glad you’re back home safe and sound.

I would try to take the paint off and leave the blue eyes. I think there is a beautiful white kitty under that paint. I did not know you had a gorgeous gray kitty, and I have been watching you for quite a while . I think I have only seen your adorable pups! You have quite a mini zoo there don't you! 😃
The paint is a bit too far gone on the cat planter. I would remove it except for the eyes and possibly the ball of yarn ( if that's not too damaged).
Those silver looking covers are for Bath and Body works soap dispensers. I have a gold one to match my faucet…

My vote is to remove the paint but leave the eyes and yarn. You can always repaint if you don't like the way it looks. Would love to see it when you are done or in stages.

It’s completely perplexing watching an unnarrated video (what are you noticing that we cannot see? Why did you decide not to get it? Did you get it? I have a feeling your going to find less and less to resell, and more high prices, at the thrift stores, I bought metal trees to put on a wall for $7.99 and that was it but it's for me . I'm also noticing that it's a lot of just generic you can buy at Target, Walmart, Home Goods,. ❤😊

You should try and color match before you clean and repaint the cat planter. I would paint it in a matt finish and seal it in a mat finish as well. Lots of luck!

The purplish brown glass globe you picked next to the nesting glass ashtrays (about 12:51) was an oil lamp.
The cat: I might take the paint off everything but the ball & the eyes & then see how that looks.
