I think that I met Kehinde Osibote a few years ago on a SIA Training Skills course. He made us laugh 😂 with his accent, but was very serious about the Physical Intervention Skills Training. Every trainer teaches you slightly different ways of carrying out Safety during these 'Conflict Management Skills' practices.
Guy at 16:25 gets it. Your techniques are bullshit. You’re only supposed to hurt them when they hurt you? If someone puts their hands on you in a threatening way, you can defend yourself with greater force to exit the threat.
These physical intervention techniques are non-aggressive, non -restrictive, low -level and non pain complaints. Your understanding and knowledge of physical intervention techniques as approved by SIA needs to be updated .

@@lsi65 “Approved by the SIA” says it all. No self respecting door supervisor would ever use these techniques in a violent situation.
It's completly ridicoulous...
@@lsi65 thoses techniques are the best way to get in trouble... pure garbage
None of these will work in a real life situation... forget that bullshit if you want to be safe.
