Thank you for your videos! I hadn't heard of this app before, but it looks really nice; I think it's going to be very helpful for my daily meditations. Richard is gorgeous. He looks so content and luxurious. I'll be happy to take him and other cats for a role model 🐈

Thank you. Because of this video I downloaded Insight Timer, listened to a Yoga Nidra meditation, and fell asleep :)

Excellent video. Thanks for the tips. Yoga Nidra has been a great benefit to me. Eckhart Tolle famously said in The Power of Now: “I have lived with several Zen masters -- all of them cats.” I live with a zen master too. Her name is T’Chat.

This video came at the perfect time, my insomnia is extremely bad at the moment, so I will definitely be looking into your suggestions. On a separate note, I really appreciate the tone and pace of your videos, they are very easy to follow. Combined with your cat, it felt like I was calling a friend who was giving me advice, and I felt less intimidated by a topic that usually causes me a lot of stress, so thank you for that :)

What a beautiful gift you and Richard are ❤. I love Insight Timer and use every day. Checking in with our bodies is an essential skill that I’m also working on too. Thank you for your support and friendship. x

Very good advice. Concrete, logical, and practical.
Too many videos on this topic are unfocused, nebulous, and wishy washy.

Thank you for the tip on
the Insight Timer app. I will try it tonight.
I love it how Richard does what he likes, including interrupting the recording. I have a red Norweigan forestcat who acts exactly the same😅

Love that your demeanour is healing in itself. Love the advice, thank you. I have a cat and find him so calming as I felt your beautiful kitty too. I do find yoga nidra helpful but have got out of the habit. I will do it every day now, thank you 🙏❤️

Calming voice and slow talking here is a good idea. I can feel my flare up easing a little bit. Thank you.

How to create a routine to recover? for example after exertion and you felt the symptoms what would you do? Would you use any regulatory practices for the nervous system?
