It is perfectly ok to believe you are more attractive then someone else. Hell it may even be necessary for some. Both women are attractive to the type of people who like their features and tone. Judge could have just said “the both of you are attractive women to me, so let’s just move on.” For a man to bash a woman like that publicly is wrong. Plus at the end of the case it became somewhat obvious that the defendant spoke some truth about being sued due to animosity and jealousy.
If you noticed, he was trying to prove that who looks better is a matter of opinion. She deserved to be told in the way that she was told because she thinks her looks was all of that but she had to borrow and get a job from the so called unattractive woman. The defendant bashed the plaintiff about how she looked first. In the end, the judge rules fairly and that is most important. The girl was shady from the start, stealing customers etc. The plaintiff did get rid of the defendants things maliciously but for that she had to pay so the judge showed no favortism
