This happens often in Prince George's County MD. One lady was so bold that when she got caught she submitted a bogus doctor's note as to why she couldn't come to Court. These people look in the paper or online for property forge the paperwork, find the show key (the one realtors use to enter and show the property), break the lock or break-in, and change the locks. They also target federal employees who are sent to duty stations outside of DC but who keep homes in the area to return too after their tours are up. Several people have returned to find strangers living in their homes. It is sad and crazy the nonsense some people try to do to make a buck.

When we have women that are raised to be worthless nowadays, they can't go expecting worthy men now can they? There are so many women running around that can't even have simple housekeeping skills and are terrible at money management and these types of people have no place expecting a decent man to come and shelter and take care of them. Actually where I live in PA there are several 6 bedroom houses in my town for only 600a month rent so an 8 bedroom wouldn't be shocking for 800 depending on what was included and the location. Some places have really cheap rent cuz the area is lower income.

I buy and sell stuff on Craig's List all the time. Great for local groups' announcements, too. You gotta be careful: 1) don't rent a house from Craig's List 2) if you buy a car, get it checked out by a mechanic and make sure it's the owner selling it, 3) don't use the personal ads (unless you want to end up dead).
I have almost been scamed several times in Craigslist ... One time someone was renting out a room which was underpriced and he lived in Canada and wanted me to western union money to him and he'd mail the key to me. I never did it. Another time, this guy was hiring for a personal assistant and he mailed me a check to deposit it into my account so that I could buy him supplies and I could keep the remainder of the money. Both of these Craigslist ads were scams and my naive-self almost fell into the trap. As far as buying stuff from Craigslist I have bought one thing from Craigslist and it was fine and I've sold my own merchandise off of Craigslist. After watching Judge Faith, in combination with my own doubts, I would be very careful buying electrical items (cars, computers, ect) and antiques and/or expensive items as you can easily be scamed.
Cynthia C. I must add to your advice for other people to see. I don't even drive a car and I know this much. Never buy a car from someone without a title. A title is like a deed to a house. If you don't have the title technically it means you do not own that car. No title equals no sale. Because the cops can pull you over and the car can be reported as stolen if you do not have that title. Also check the title to make sure that the VIN numbers match between the title and the actual vehicle itself. it also would not hurt to get a Carfax report on that car that you are considering purchasing just to see if it has any kind of bad history. Also call your local Department of Motor Vehicles just to see if it has any outstanding tickets and such. Never owned a car in my life, but even I know this. If the person you are attempting to buy the car from does not have time for you to run a Carfax report, get it checked out by a mechanic, and call the DMV to see if it has any outstanding tickets. Move on and buy the car from someone else. Because if the person who is trying to sell you the car is saying they don't have time to wait for you to do all this then they are most likely trying to run a scam. My advice would be to never buy a car off Craigslist ever.

Judge Faith was named so well by her parents. It fits her way of judgment in the cases she rules on. The people being done wrong have faith their truth will be heard and made right and judge Faith has yet to fail those in the cases I've seen on her show. She sees through the lies, the crisis Fraud, the evil cold humans that feed on those less fortunate and use those that have a good heart and get suckered by those like this defendant. I can only say the best outcome aside from the plaintiff winning her case is this defendant and her cohorts are legally charged with fraud and do the deserved time in prison for what they did. I'm sure this plaintiff isn't the only one that has crossed this bitch and her cofraud conspirators. Hope harms catches up to them like they deserve. Feel so bad for the plaintiff. Being a mother of 3 myself I can fully understand how this has affected her entire family and their life. I buy and sell stuff on Craig's List all the time. Great for local groups' announcements, too. You gotta be careful: 1) don't rent a house from Craig's List 2) if you buy a car, get it checked out by a mechanic and make sure it's the owner selling it, 3) don't use the personal ads (unless you want to end up dead).
I have almost been scamed several times in Craigslist ... One time someone was renting out a room which was underpriced and he lived in Canada and wanted me to western union money to him and he'd mail the key to me. I never did it. Another time, this guy was hiring for a personal assistant and he mailed me a check to deposit it into my account so that I could buy him supplies and I could keep the remainder of the money. Both of these Craigslist ads were scams and my naive-self almost fell into the trap.
As far as buying stuff from Craigslist I have bought one thing from Craigslist and it was fine and I've sold my own merchandise off of Craigslist. After watching Judge Faith, in combination with my own doubts, I would be very careful buying electrical items (cars, computers, ect) and antiques and/or expensive items as you can easily be scamed.

I must add to your advice for other people to see. I don't even drive a car and I know this much. Never buy a car from someone without a title. A title is like a deed to a house. If you don't have the title technically it means you do not own that car. No title equals no sale. Because the cops can pull you over and the car can be reported as stolen if you do not have that title. Also check the title to make sure that the VIN numbers match between the title and the actual vehicle itself. it also would not hurt to get a Carfax report on that car that you are considering purchasing just to see if it has any kind of bad history.
Also call your local Department of Motor Vehicles just to see if it has any outstanding tickets and such. Never owned a car in my life, but even I know this. If the person you are attempting to buy the car from does not have time for you to run a Carfax report, get it checked out by a mechanic, and call the DMV to see if it has any outstanding tickets. Move on and buy the car from someone else.
Because if the person who is trying to sell you the car is saying they don't have time to wait for you to do all this then they are most likely trying to run a scam. My advice would be to never buy a car off Craigslist ever.

No. The end credits state that the producers pay the money. The cases are real. They go through a docket of cases and call the people and ask them would they like to present it on TV. They accommodate their flight, food, and stay and they're also paid a small appearance fee.

I can only say the best outcome aside from the plaintiff winning her case is this defendant and her cohorts are legally charged with fraud and do the deserved time in prison for what they did. Being a mother of 3 myself I can fully understand how this has affected her entire family and their life.
