Around the Clock at Bikini Bottom is definitely the absolute best SpongeBob fan game of all time, with a lot of canon and fanon references, diversive gameplay every level, cool story and a lot to collect and secrets to find in order to get the 101%.

The ironically "funny" thing about this list and the horror games, is that's part of the charm and horror. The graphics, designs, and attempted horror elements both make it fun and spooky. They're nostalgic throwbacks to the days of Markiplier and the others who played Fnaf Fangames and stuff.... :)
On the topic of Five Nights at the Krusty Krab its sequel- Five Nights at the Chum Bucket- improves greatly on the graphics and fixes all of the original's issues. It's essentially a remaster of Krusty Krab. I recommend you check it out if you ever want to make a Top 10 "Best Spongebob Fan Games" or Top 10 "FNAF Fangames".
Here's a random fact about the Slenderpants game that was at first of the list: Instead of the "Wee-Woo!" sound we hear in the gameplay, the original version of the game actually had a loud screeching sound that would scare some people, and also you originally collected notes instead of Krabby Patties like in the new one. There was also a time limit in the original too, in which if you failed to collect all the pages in time, you would get a message that says "You ran out of time and suffocated." Oh yeah btw the video was awesome, Strider! Keep up the awesome work bro!

There’s a second version of 3AM At The Krusty Krab called 6AM At The Chum Bucket, about Squidward working at the Chum Bucket being stalked by Karen. It’s basically the same game but a lot bigger and a lot more difficult.
The ‘Red Mist’ horror game was pretty interesting to me. (Spoilers ahead) I didn’t expect multiple endings and secret codes to achieve the true ending. Morse code and TH-cam IDs aren’t usually things you’d expect a riff-creepypasta game to take seriously.
There’s actually another red mist game with it having the other title for that creepypasta and it’s honestly really good I’m not sure if it’s fully competed yet but it’s still pretty good and worth seeing

I can’t help but be thankful for the no-jumpscare policy. I really enjoy horror (I go crazy over Fnaf sometimes), but when it comes to jumpscares. I’m just a massive chicken. And it doesn’t help that I have spastic attack every time I get Ooga-Booga’d. That’s the last time I ever play Fnaf 4 in class…
