Hey Aluxers, sorry we're late today! We promise this video is worth it! Check out our GET RICH PLAYLIST: th-cam.com/video/nllZrOoxpzc/w-d-xo.html Why do you think people fail?
People fail because they listen to their friends who are jealous of what they’re trying to achieve and they stop out of guilt or they try to bring their friends with them and get dragged down by the nonsense of their stupid friends.
Not just friends. Also bosses who are afraid you are too smart or coworkers. These will get rid of you, plus humiliate you by exaggerating your weak points and totally disregarding or belittling your strong points.
Vic Row Well you could say that, but try to look from his point of view. It has been proven time and time again philosophically that what people you hang around with, and the judgment they leave on you.. Will impact your decisions and general mindset. Surely you can have friends who dismiss your dreams, while still living it. But there comes a point (no matter how powerful you are) where you will lose it to them. Even after proving yourself you were right, and they were wrong. But they will make you think otherwise, regardless (so long as you aren't at your best).

There is absolutely nothing wrong with failing. Anyone who is successful or who has mastered anything has failed multiple times. The key is they learned from failure and became better.
Failure is actually NOT a failure, but an experience, a step to success, an inevitable part of a person's growth. Sometimes you just have to loose a battle in order to win the war.
I don't care if pwople call me nuts at trying and trying. As long as I'm tweaking along the way, I'll get to my goal. Yeah, it's hurtful that my own parents called me crazy to my face but that wasn't the first time or the last. I'm not going to stop improving in order to stop them from hurting me. I just keep as far away from them as possible.
Failure is failure if you never learn anything from it, live in ignorance or denial and are stuck in a cycle. But otherwise ... You are absolutely right.
X I do have a lot of goals, but struggle with procrastination. This channel always encourages me to cut the crap, and get things done. I love the tone of the lady, it's honest and straight forward; no BS is tolerated from anybody
They actually sound pretty arrogant, not just how the woman talks and what she says ("..... 1 million a year is not that much..." (different video)), the whole channel ("The place future billionaires.....", "Nr 1 Luxury Page") seems pretty overconfident, mocking and snobbish. Their points and what they say are mostly fine, how they do is highly repulsive.
X I have been lazy and made all sorts of excuses for everything in life, but this stops right now. I am in it to win it. No matter what, I will keep pushing to achieve the goals I have set for myself. Thanks, alux. This was truly motivational.
I remember playing a game of chess with my nephew a number of years ago. He got me into a position where he thought I didn't have any moves left and he called check and checkmate and then left the table after purportedly beating his uncle. I kept looking at the board and was really just thinking about how could I have played this game better and then I saw it. I had one move left. Just one. He came back to the table and said something about me losing and I said "you might want to take a look at the board because this game isn't over yet." He looked at the board as said "it's checkmate, what are you talking about?" So I made my move and said "sit down, we're not done yet." That game went on for quite a while after that point and I dug myself out of the corner he had me in and went on to whip his little ass metaphorically speaking. The moral to this little story is to never just quit. Even when they tell you that you lost. Double check the people who say checkmate. Because sometimes they don't see everything and sometimes you have just one move to make and that's all you need to go on to victory.
Alux I’m 16 and I love your channel. I watch your videos often even though my family can get a little offended. I’m learning from you and I’m reading Rich Dad Poor Dad too.
Alux, thank you for making these videos. They've inspired me so much that I'm taking a leap of faith and venturing out of my comfort zone. I am so motivated and ready to reinvent myself. Remember my name Alux! XXX
Failure for my is a double edge sword, as the saying goes. I become displeased whenever I fail at something, but I evalute what it was that led to my failure and chances of fail greatly decrease thanks to the lesson i learned. X
About first 2 minutes of this video, the narrator talked about people glorifying failures. We often see rich & successful people give inspirational speeches about why failure should be embraced, I don't disagree with neither Alux or these very successful individuals. The thing is, when someone is at their peak after a long-drawn struggle all the way to the top, it makes them appreciate everything, even some of the things that may not deserve any credit. Imagine yourself on top of the highest mountain in the world (hopefully you have an oxygen tank), your vision of your surroundings is filled with wonder and marvel, because the view at the top is just simply more inspirational. You wouldn't be concerned or upset about all the trials and tribulations that you have fought on the way up, because they're over and the present is beautiful. I'm in no way rich, and at the same time I seldom believe in the blind worship of any life philosophy coming from any individual. There are so many complex things in life that people love to over-simplify into catchy "golden-rules" that are in reality, much more complicated and situation-dependent.
Yeah i agree with you. Though i like this video as well as i am procrastinating and too lazy for my summer body goal but i do wanna become a graphic designer but i dint have enough resources and training also which is not an excuse for me because sometimes you are too busy to sustain in the environment that you don't have time to appreciate it. And finally, yeah every thing look marvelous at the top. You even like your mistakes but.................
X It took me 3 painful years to realize who i am and what do i value. Now that that's done there is no excuse for me to not succeed. I'm gonna take my life to new heights. Ive gotta. Thx for the reminder Alux. I needed that.
This brang my optimism back down to reality, and thats one thing why people fail because they have way too much optimism and once the reality train hits them hard, they give up. Thank you. x
Another reason why people fail is; the failure to be original instead, they are just copying what someone else is doing. This may not lead to true success. Nice video, so inspiring.
The lack of self decepline is the most common reason why people fail. You can master any skill if you're willing to practice it every day but we're too lazy hehe
Because most people falsely believe this is hogwash. And that the system taught them how to win but they just have to work harder (at the same thing that's making them fail.)
By the time I made this comment, this channel has already reached 1.1 Million Subscribers. I'm still gonna answer your question, not a straight one though! There's a reason why multi-millionaires and billionaires account to less than 10% of the World's population. Think about it. If this channel has more subscribers than fucking Pewdiepie, the chances of you having a millionaire as a buddy is far more likely.
Tough love is the best because that shows that you care. Telling someone the truth though it may hurt is for our own good. I learned this the hard way. Those that want you to fail will tell you that you are doing great even though you are failing but someone that wants you to succeed will tell you that you need to work harder. Thanks Alux!
This is straight to it. This got me inspired to start seriously working on my new app that I have dreamed of since 2013 and still haven't "Given Up" on yet. X
Jesus this was so on point I often thought of most of these things but it feels good to have you guys confirm alot of my thoughts in such an intelligent and straight forward manner. I feel like these videos have helped me begin my transformation.
Well I am confused to agree with No. 13. While having weight of 67 kg, I started exercising and when I measured it was still the same and depressing as I didn't make any change. So I took a decision to never measure my weight and just trust my image in the mirror. I decided I will measure only when I can see myself slim in the mirror. After 3-4 months i lost my weight gradually. I could see the difference. One day I decided to measure my weight, I thought at least I should be of 59 kg, but Wahoo I was of 50 kgs!!!!! I lost 17 kgs with my self discipline and perseverance.... Related to measuring progress everyday you may have to deal with no change for sometime. But I guess in business, measuring progress is still an important aspect Alux.Com ?what do you have to suggest me here
And I lost weight just in 3-4 months by intensive workout, swimming and healthy diet of eating small and rich every 2 hours 😄. They only thing I decide to trust was the Mirror and my clothes getting baggy. Measuring weight everyday was hard
Your weight didn't change because you grew muscle by exercising and you chose the slow way to lose weight. If you want to prioritize losing weight over gaining muscle, change your diet. It's faster than exercise.
Failure also makes you closer to success...all the people that succeeded failed MANY many times...they just never quit. Failure is only bad if we don't learn from our previous mistakes and repeat them. Success isn't always on their first shot...
Thank you as always Alux for that inspiring and advice Video. Edit: "A winner is just a loser who tried it one more time!" TAKE RISKS, BELIEVE IN YOU AND NEVER EVEN CONSIDER FAILING!
I don’t glorify failure, I glorify you learning from your failures to better yourself and finally succeed. If you don’t learn from failures you’ll just keep having them.
I watched this video and realized that I was the one thinking big, but not putting in any action, just putting it off. So now I’m going to really start, start planning, start working, and start executing. X
The last one is the most important as per my opinion, all these points are very very true. I can correlate them with me but slowly and steadily I am working to achieve my goals.
X. Once again Alux you’ve pointed out several reasons I’ve failed. But I can certainly comment on No 13. I had a goal of losing weight. Each day I would put my target weight on a calendar and track my progress. Then I stopped and I gained 25 lbs over my original weight before the goal. Thanks for helping me see that I’ve been bs’ing myself.
Dear Alux, I’ve been a subscriber since 2017. I would like to thank you guys on making such useful content specially the motivational videos that do not shy away from other people’s inability to accept the hard truth about life. Dear Alux I’m currently in battle of weather I did the right the decision on leaving my former company that is of great reputation to move to another company that invited me to spear head the work I do on my former company... however I feel I made the wrong move as the culture and the way business is made on my new company seems to be not in alignment with my personal beliefs.. is it true that it’s not always greener on the other side.. can you make a video on decision making?... this will help a lot people as well as decision making can always be very challenging .. how to be a better decision maker..
In the past I’ve failed due to injuries thru dance, broken knee cap, back issues etc, dance is one of the under appreciated forms of art, even if you make it, no one who you are, unlike music or acting. It’s very hard to make a fortune out of dance but not impossible. X
She sounds whiney and annoying to me. Not in all of the videos, just ones where she gets emotional and tries to overemphasize her points. When she's calm and relaxed she sounds much better.
The thing about failure is you have to take responsibility for it. I’ve failed. I’ve failed hard. I learned from it, got into college, got three degrees in that field, and I’m now successful and still growing. I didn’t get out of a trailer park nicknamed “felony pines” and into the upper middle class before 30 by blaming others or blaming my situation. Yes it sucked, yes it set me back, but I didn’t let it break me. Don’t blame your failure on others, accept responsibility and learn from your choices and then you’ll grow and reach success or at least achieve more.
I am not a Kardashian fan but I think it was a perfect example to show how we underestimate others and the structure behind their success.... It's not easy to make money keep it and increase it... It's not possible without a good structure....nothing is as easy as it looks and therefore no one should be underestimated...
Failure is bad luck, or a lack of good luck. If you have good luck with anything, you obviously cannot fail. Strategy and hard work are not enough. You must have luck in order to have success, and there's no available substitute
X I had many struggles in life and gave to many excuses but I’m up and ready for any challenge that comes my way because I believe in my self in being successful and a achiever in life
Can you do smthng abt this?Alux guyz can u help? scenario: A guy (mid 20s) is offered a job giving good salary. But he doesnt want to work there, he wants to be an entrepreneur ( got 0 money with him). And wherever he has worked before he have always quit job in around a month. Well, the case is he have few ideas for business that he wants to do but have never ever worked on those ideas. What, Why, and if u may, How he should do or is there a better way? Do please give your suggestion, its a matter of his whole life. Ty.
Hi Vivek, Wanting to be an entrepreneur and actually being one are two different things. Everybody thinks they want to be the boss until hey realize what it actually takes. For your situation we recommend getting the job. 9-5 is your work schedule. Take the salary and put everything you don’t need for survival away(ready for investment). After 6 months you should start a side business while still keeping the job. Every evening/night, after you get home from work and in the weekends you should work on the business. You don’t need more than 6h of sleep so you’ve got a lot of time on your hands to make it happen. Only quit your job when the side business starts generating at least as much as the job. You might even need to keep working on both for several years. Unless you’re able to discipline yourself to keep the job and put money away until the time is right, you have little chance of growing a company as it requires a lot more skills than this. Best of luck in your journey! Prove everybody wrong!
Alux.com thanks for the suggestion! Haha! nd u knew it was abt me. actually my thought was also similar to what u hav said. there is another thing that is creating issue. The place where the job is in a very remote place. facilities are at their lowest. Minimal transportation, electricity issues, low internet facility.. working on business(targeted customers are of cities area + no resources at all) along with job is very hard. it's a very confusing fight between these two. And I don´t wanna loose any more time.
You already are losing time good sir. You seem to already know what you want to do your only problem is you are focusing to much of your mental energy on urgent but not so important matters. You could of course argue your job is a very important matter, and you would be correct so long as that stays true for you. If the ultimate goal is to build a business and leave that job then the most important thing in your life right now is getting started. The internet is going to be your best friend when it comes to the Who, what, where, when and why. No more excuses, you have the internet and the free time to watch videos and post comments. You already have everything you need to get to work.
If this is really your passion then put in the time, work as hard as you can and become the best Civil Engineer in the world! Remember why you got started in the first place! Best of luck Tanishq!
Can you also do a video on how to properly protect our digital products? The advice would be really useful for those who sell digital products. Thank you so much Alux! Love your content always!
X I’m not going to lie I have been lazy and I lacked self discipline, it’s something I just have to practice but I like failure when I am learning from my mistakes and not making excuses and just blaming me for everything that went wrong .
Hi I'm Jerry from Nigeria And I have to say anytime I watch an alux video I feel hurt because it cuts deeps into my skin But I have later found out that there is Sage wisdom and advice in this videos Thanks for the videos X
I'm not very successful yet... But here is a theory. I think fear level is a reason. Too much fear would cause analysis paralysis or quitting. Not enough fear would cause one to run it into the ground. Either case relates to pivoting I think?
Wonderful crafted and Amazingly narrated....I am really grateful that I came across your channel few months back....thank you so much team for your extraordinary efforts. Keep Rocking 💪

People fail miserably because they simply don't want to learn from the mistakes of others
People fail because they lisen to their family and friends
I learn from other people's mistakes to know exactly what I should avoid instead of going through it myself.
I tried and learn from others mistakes but have had people take their failures out on me.
Alux doesn't beat around the bush. I love the cut throat honesty. Thank you.

Excellent example and one that I’ll always remember. Thank you.
Ur a wise man hopefully u didnt steal a quote
Wow
I REALLY enjoyed reading this!
Another reason why people fail is because they compare themselves to those around them who are also trying to succeed or have succeeded...
Shit. I do that all the time.
Shades well it’s good to compare someone who has succeeded but learn what what did and apply it
I think #16 is key! Knowing yourself is the first step in making plan tailored for your route to success.

Alux.Com ?what do you have to suggest me here
And I lost weight just in 3-4 months by intensive workout, swimming and healthy diet of eating small and rich every 2 hours 😄.
They only thing I decide to trust was the Mirror and my clothes getting baggy.
Measuring weight everyday was hard
Your advice and what you did is the best advice ever! Good on you! Im going to use this principle for everything in life, thanks!
De Love - i guess you made it possible by willpower. Just as i did.
Your weight didn't change because you grew muscle by exercising and you chose the slow way to lose weight. If you want to prioritize losing weight over gaining muscle, change your diet. It's faster than exercise.
Measure inches not weight because you could be gaining muscle and losing fat.
Failure also makes you closer to success...all the people that succeeded failed MANY many times...they just never quit. Failure is only bad if we don't learn from our previous mistakes and repeat them. Success isn't always on their first shot...
Thank you as always Alux for that inspiring and advice Video.
Edit: "A winner is just a loser who tried it one more time!"
TAKE RISKS, BELIEVE IN YOU AND NEVER EVEN CONSIDER FAILING!
We work hard on all our videos and we're happy to see you guys enjoying them!
This is all I can say...Thank you! Thanks for being so honest. And btw, you just openned my eyes. I didn't get offended. You just got a new aluxer. 😘
This is by far my favorite channel. Thanks for the work and energy. X
People fail because they don't dream big, they never think they can achieve it
P Misra
Everyone dreams big. It's not putting in the effort to truly achieve that dream that is why most people don't achieve anything.
This belongs on that top bad advice people give video lol
I don’t glorify failure, I glorify you learning from your failures to better yourself and finally succeed. If you don’t learn from failures you’ll just keep having them.
I watched this video and realized that I was the one thinking big, but not putting in any action, just putting it off. So now I’m going to really start, start planning, start working, and start executing.

Now thats wat i call motivation.. thx alux
Our pleasure Joel! Nice to see you here again!
This was an awesome way to wake up thank you!

Good morning!
The last one is the most important as per my opinion, all these points are very very true.
I can correlate them with me but slowly and steadily I am working to achieve my goals.
This was by far my favorite video so I’m going to watch this one everyday 🔥🤫
Thank you for the slap in the face. I am always appreciative of the truth. Don't stop. Please
They fail because they are not consistent at their work.
Self-discipline and repetition are paramount. Just put your mind to it... you'll be surprised what you can do in life.
I found iam doing 5 mistakes out of 15 that above mentioned. It will going to be changing
We're happy to help!
Thanks alux.com
In the past I’ve failed due to injuries thru dance, broken knee cap, back issues etc, dance is one of the under appreciated forms of art, even if you make it, no one who you are, unlike music or acting. It’s very hard to make a fortune out of dance but not impossible. X
thanks for giving me a goal, i love the ideas you promote.
the narrator makes me feel like she's better than me lol. I feel insecure hearing her lol
She seems to speak normally/ professionally to me.
😆
EntyseOnline Caint nobody make you feel any sorta way, the feeling belongs to you.
She sounds whiney and annoying to me. Not in all of the videos, just ones where she gets emotional and tries to overemphasize her points. When she's calm and relaxed she sounds much better.
@@MJ-vf1im yep probably not even a millionaire herself
The thing about failure is you have to take responsibility for it. I’ve failed. I’ve failed hard. I learned from it, got into college, got three degrees in that field, and I’m now successful and still growing. I didn’t get out of a trailer park nicknamed “felony pines” and into the upper middle class before 30 by blaming others or blaming my situation. Yes it sucked, yes it set me back, but I didn’t let it break me. Don’t blame your failure on others, accept responsibility and learn from your choices and then you’ll grow and reach success or at least achieve more.
This video to me is like watching my biography with almost every negative quality they described in it.
Thank you Alux. I had a “aha” moment.
I am not a Kardashian fan but I think it was a perfect example to show how we underestimate others and the structure behind their success.... It's not easy to make money keep it and increase it... It's not possible without a good structure....nothing is as easy as it looks and therefore no one should be underestimated...
Hahahahahah I love this lady, I hope they never replace her. I literally love watching these videos knowing she's ready to piss some people off haahh
Ngalinda MrMarketing Funny and excellent.
She didn't piss me off. I'm just wondering if she herself is a billionaire. That's all. :D
lol. . .Right!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH ALUX 💖💖💖
it inspires me a lot 🤔🙄🙂
Wow... really touches some points there! Thanks
Imagine that you are a starving peasant from North Korea. Environment quality is much more important than your own efforts.

Failure is bad luck, or a lack of good luck. If you have good luck with anything, you obviously cannot fail. Strategy and hard work are not enough. You must have luck in order to have success, and there's no available substitute

After watching this the only thing i can say is I FORGIVE MYSELF . This video is life changing
Ty.
Hi Vivek,
Wanting to be an entrepreneur and actually being one are two different things.
+Vivek Jung Hamal good paying jobs he means 35k

Number 16 should have been number 1...knowing yourself is the first step to success
I'm not very successful yet... But here is a theory. I think fear level is a reason. Too much fear would cause analysis paralysis or quitting. Not enough fear would cause one to run it into the ground. Either case relates to pivoting I think?
