i agree that we shouldn't ignore how jeff was being flirty and suggestive in the video with james. i get he was just playing into it to make the video funnier and put on a kind of performance but it's not right to reciprocate the flirting if james does make him uncomfortable/he's not interested. jeff should take more accountability for that.

I understand what you're saying and it's definitely fair. But I also think it was 2019, and a lot of people (not you but people in the public and other drama channels) had this same perspective before they saw everything unfold. I DIDN'T. I think Jeff was previously defending James but then maybe learned more about what James was doing and took the friendship lens off and is NOW realizing how problematic James is. I think as long as Jeff now realizes the problem with James, it’s fine. People learn every day. When Jeff was originally “defending” James, it was still kind of new. At this point, it’s been 5 years. So Jeff can feel more comfortable in distancing himself from James.
Can we acknowledge the fact that people learn and grow? I think Jeff has changed his views on a lot of things in the past few years. I get the consistency, but when it's YEARS ago it's a bit of a stretch.

They have special dating services for the wealthy, that sets you up with individuals who are either certainly gold diggers, but will be loyal and happy with NDA’s, etc. or match you with people who are just as successful if not more. See but the thing is, I think it's unfair to hold Jeff accountable for something Tana also did. Her and James were on and off friends throughout the allegations beginning during that coachella straight boy era. So much so, that at this point it seems like she only calls out his predatory behavior when they're not on good terms. If they were on good terms, chances are she wouldn't be doing this.

Thank you for making this video. I was waiting for you to react to this podcast episode specifically the reason Jeff unfollowed James Charles. He is so loyal to Tana, and as you mentioned in this video, Tana doesn’t do the same to him. Jeff really lives by the “friend to everyone is a friend to none.” & tana can say that she agrees with him but she also said that she is going to love who she wants to love including David who has arguably a worse situation with Jeff compared to Tana and James’ beef.

Anyway, yeah, the double-standard that it's apparently okay for straight men to flirt with gay guys, but it's not okay for gay guys to do the same IS annoying. BUT obviously there is a line, which James has crossed MANY times now 🙄 . So if a straight man is uncomfortable with it, the gay man should stop, and vice-versa. And Jeff should have already spoken out against James. Doing it now when he has defended James in a similar situation in the past really does just make him look like he will go with whatever is the most popular opinion.
