I don’t see any of them being able to get back even a quarter of the traction. I think Jeffree thought that he had a chance after his store launch. But then he made several videos of doing the same mean girl shit he use to do. And everyone I think got the wake up slap they needed, and the reminder of what a toad he is. And I don’t think that David will come back. He barely gets any traction on Snapchat. And Shane has his Podcast. And I watched one. It’s mainly food related. Him trying out fast food trends or weird combinations. And of course conspiracy theories. And weird sex questions from viewers. I don’t see it taking off. Her car wasn’t damaged and the house wasn’t damaged. There was no police report no insurance claim. Jason gaslit her. And made her think she did. Because she was mentally unstable because of all the stress and anxiety and anger. Kortney was hanging out with David. She was trying to get involved with the Vlog Squad.

Jeff had his skull fractured in 9(?) places and his brain is permanently damaged from the incident. If he had smacked into the arm of it like an inch lower, he would have cut his eyeballs in half. If it was an inch higher, he would have died. It was just another bullshit stunt like the rest of them and David told Jeff not to tell anyone it was Davids own idea. Then turned it around on Jeff and basically exiled him from the group and from their friends. So i really would struggle needing that many facial surgeries, thats just so scary. An analogy I think of is like, on a roller coaster you do agree to be on the ride and you’re made aware that you could get hurt, but only minor injuries like a bruise. However, if the person working on the coaster decides to be lazy and not buckle you correctly into the coaster and you fly out of it and get seriously hurt, that’s the roller coaster operator’s or the theme park’s fault because you did not sign up to almost die. The phrases you're looking for are "informed consent" and "gross negligence". If you sign a liability waiver without actually knowing what could happen, it's not informed consent and doesn't count as consent. Even if you do have a reasonable idea of what could happen and consent, the person asking for the waiver still can't act recklessly, otherwise they run the risk of being grossly negligent with regards to your safety and liable for damages resulting from that lapse in judgement. Ive been around a really toxic group of people before and obviously its not to the level they are talking about as in my case they aren’t well known etc but there were some really unhealthy situations and one friend isnt here any longer. The phrases you're looking for are "informed consent" and "gross negligence".
If you sign a liability waiver without actually knowing what could happen, it's not informed consent and doesn't count as consent. Even if you do have a reasonable idea of what could happen and consent, the person asking for the waiver still can't act recklessly, otherwise they run the risk of being grossly negligent with regards to your safety and liable for damages resulting from that lapse in judgement.

All layers will generally advice you against social media and public speaking in an ongoing lawsuit:
1. At best even if you do not incriminate yourself - you can still provide unintentionally hints to the other side of what evidence and arguments you are gonna use, in which case - that makes it easier for the other side to prepare counters.
2. At worst - all things you say will be used against you in court. Small glorification of a story can lead to the whole evidence being undermined etc...
So in summary it is just safer to not speak about these things publicly, and from a legal perspective there is no benefit to it. Ofc there is the income perspective, but that aint a lawyers worry...and based on just the recent Colleen public speaking instances, I think it is safe to say lawyers have very strong reason to advice against social media use as you can never be too sure how stupid/smart your client is.
Trisha is constantly changing her story about everything especially her drug use. I’ve been around hard drugs my whole life and I can tell you she talks about drugs like she’s never done them, names uppers when she’s talking about downers etc.
If she did do drugs it’s likely she wasn’t really into them and didn’t know anything about them and did them with a partner (she also said she was force injected heroin by a partner).

Ive been around a really toxic group of people before and obviously its not to the level they are talking about as in my case they aren’t well known etc but there were some really unhealthy situations and one friend isnt here any longer. I think it makes you feel literally crazy to be around people who gaslight you all the time and say youve done stuff you haven't. People will always think someone being emotional isn't speaking the truth. It is pretty weird there were no pics/videos or reports of her "crashing into the house" knowing what that group are like.
I hope Jeff has sucess in court. Its kind of like saying someone got in the car so if it crashes its their fault regardless of the person driving dangerously etc
