T-shirt Printer Daily and Regular Maintenance | DTF Pro

DTF Pro is a printer for T-shirt small business.
If the nozzles of the printer is slightly clogged, it should be cleaned as soon as possible. Some users want to manually flush the print-head when they found the ink paths is blocked badly and cannot be cleaned. Flush the print-head forcefully may reopen the ink path, but this practice is incorrect and will result in even greater losses. The micro-structure built inside the ink path can deform and crack under b strong pressure. If ink overflows from the ruptured ink path and flows onto the circuitry, it will cause damage to the circuit board. Therefore, daily maintenance is essential.
Use some moisturized cleaning fluid to clean the capping station.
Alcohol will vapour away quickly, don't use any alcohol-base cleanser to clean the nozzles. We need moisturizing cleanser to prevent the inks on the nozzles from drying up.

How do you solve the white inks clogged printer is 5 days old and I been doing the nozzle check and cleaning everyday . And the white ink is still not moving .

In the last video you said don’t use alcohol but in this video you used alcohol to clean the strip. I’m confused .

Don't use alcohol at printhead because it vapors quickly and will dry up nozzles. You can use alcohol at other parts.

Can you extract any ink out of the waste ink tube? Please try extracting at least 5ml

Yes, you can add some moisturizing cleaser in the capping station. That cleanser is some oily and transparent fluid, similar to the solvent of the white ink.
