This is a much needed reminder that conscious awareness is concerted practice with a rewarding ripple effect. Mindfulness and self love feeds the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The education that our energetic fields are a matter of both science and spirit is lacking in this world so thank you for spreading the good word. the more each of us cultivates authenticity and kindness the more it radiates into our communities. 👏 ❤

I love your videos! However, when you were talking about paying attention to what you are thinking when e.g., you watch reels on Instagram, I became aware of the fact that when I watch you, I’m constantly wondering how you manage to simultaneously juggle being a PhD student, a TH-camr with 48K subscribers, a course creator, and coach? You speak of not rushing and making time for self care and I just can’t see how you could possibly do that with everything you have going on? Most of the PhD students I have known do this full time and have bandwidth for little else. I guess what I’m saying is I would love it if you made video about how you manage your time! 🙏🏼

Hi! Devi, I am Japnese living in the United States. I started watching your video to learn more English, but I share many things I'm interested in with you, such as self growth and something more scientific behind human spirituality, so I'm binge watching your videos. Regarding to today's video, my ego tells me that I'm not capable of speaking English fluently, which causes my anxiety and self doubt. I will try more self love to increase confidence. Thank you!

Thank you so much for your sweet comment🤗. From your message you are already doing amazing with english and are able to understand what I am talking about in my videos. Learning a language takes time, english is also not my first language. Be patient with yourself and don’t doubt yourself, you are already doing great as nothing is perfect from the start. Sending love 🫶🏽

@@DeviSietaram You are beautiful, and so is your accent. I wonder where you are initially from? I'm from South Africa but have been living in the USA for the past 25 years. Although I grew up Bilingual, English is not my first language. It was frustrating as people got mesmerised with the accent and don't always “hear” what I say. That leads to having to repeat myself a lot. Anyway, I'm grateful to have found your channel and looking forward to enjoying your videos and learning from a smart young lady like you. 🙌🏻

Hi Devi, Love what you’re doing. I have just binge watched all of your videos this weekend,(to catch up). You explain things so well. Quite a few years ago, I found myself wanting things and always had the correct mentality where it was like I had walked into a "room" I had been in before and I instantly knew I was on the right track. Little did I know that this was the actually the law of attraction really working. This was until someone commented that I was diarising things and organising myself too much. But unfortunately my whole world changed in a negative way, because no-one else believed the same things. Fast forward a few years, I now know that what I was doing was right and I have missed many opportunities along the way.
I mentioned in another comment that I picked up journaling a few years ago and have managed to re-establish a habit, not perfect but it happens. I would like to encourage your other subscribers that looking after yourself and writing things down to manifest them is a great start in getting what you want.
We all should remember that action is just as important.
Thank you for some great videos and look forward to following you and your own progress in manifesting what you want.
    🙏🏻 😎

Grateful that I could be of any insight to you, and I appreciate you sharing your story. Never too late to reclaim the habit of trusting your intuition again, even when other people don't believe/agree. Thanks for being here!

Self-love and taking up self-care can be a difficult balancing act. The ego(*) can be a primary drive that may steer us into a certain direction, but prioritizing the quest for honesty allows for the higher order functional control of the neocortex(or the sigmundian “superego”) to come to effect. It makes us more aware and opens up the pool of potential possibilities.
    Loved this

Very wise and impressive info. I have heard this saying, fake it to make it, but has always been taken the wrong way. Your video just helped me explain to my brothers the positve definition. Replacing a life time of bad habits was so hard because I had no idea how it felt. If that makes any sense. I knew it was what I had to do and couldnt deny the results I could see so I had to " fake it to make it". I know it sounds weird but yeah. The detail u give makes it so easier for us newbies too. Everyting was on point. Super job!! And love your accent😊❤. Jose 915

I think my comment is going to be very weird , i seem to be judging myself harshly always and constantly but not others ! I can’t judge anyone around me , i just accept them for who they are😅 !
On another note , can you please do a video on self esteem and how to boost it 😢 ?

    • @DeviSietaram

We all do that, which shows we don’t love ourselves as much as we love our friends/loved ones. Once we start to treat ourselves with the same care, even if it seems artificial at first, we grow self love. Thank you for your video suggestion, I will definitely make a video on that🥰sending love xx
