What do you think about the new X3?!?🤔

Tech is an advancement but material quality is horrible with lots of cost cutting and features removed if you own a 2019-24 x3 you will instantly notice the interior is very cheap looking and feeling with plastic everywhere.

      Here's what I think:
The new X3 exterior is more bland and less aggressive than the 24. The interior is a disappointment. So many plastics. Poorer quality and design. Convoluted widescreen. Cartoonish giant lighted "U" in the center. The tech advances don't outweigh the MANY features that are now gone.
I recently had the choice and just chose the 24 M40i while it was still available. Easy choice. Every time I see a vid like this and learn a little more, it makes me more certain of my choice. I hope they make some substantial changes to the LCI, or I won't consider the X3 again.

Is it possible to create some kind of shortcut tile with start&stop and lane assist options? If not what is the quickest way to get into those options

Thanks for the question! So really the easiest way is to just hit the Driving Settings Button (located to the left of the MY MODES button) to pull up the option you want on the screen. But if you want to store it as a shortcut, you can go to the apps icon on the idrive screen, locate the Driving settings app, then press and hold down on it, and it gives you the option to add to shortcuts. It’ll do the same thing as hitting the Driving settings button. Thankfully on that menu, you are able to quickly see the options to Turn On/ Off Lane Departure or Activate/ Deactivate Start/Stop just by touching it. Hope this helps, and stay tuned as I am uploading a short video covering this topic. Let me know if if you’re still having trouble or if you have anymore questions!
