I must say this is just one of those interviews highlighting the state of our legal profession and what lacks in the transformation of the legal profession. It is also an eye opener for those white senior colleagues on what they can proactively do to champion and support the black colleagues
but question remains.do they want to transform South Africa?i feel like they want this positions just to delay transformation.you cannot want to represent everyone but still speak 2 or 1 language.
I feel like Malema asked relevant questions; but at times is trying to prove a point; for some reason, he is bitter God knows for what. This guy is very knowledgeable has served in different places and fields of law; great interview
Maybe they should clearly state in the constitution that every person applying for government positions should have knowledge of at least 1 SA languages. This would avoid these kind of questions by Malema regarding languages
The right questions hasn't been asked, and no one has brought it upon. What would your final judge be on courting a figured individual? Looking at the judgement of Oscar. These interviews must bring upon those judgements or practiced reality. People must be interviewed by terms of previous work done, especially when challenges over preceding results exists.
not only on this interview, about many others but I am certainly of the view the chief justice is someone who really is passionate about transformation, this can be in house within the judiciary, this would be with regards black lawyers and women and the briefing there too.this is the same even in broad issues.
They can go they are here because you have gold ,diamond, and many more and they have special privilege in Europe they will never have that kind of opportunity.
He should have been asked the question. "Say I am a non English speaker Sir,. I do not speak Any English whatsoever.Would it be feasible for me to expect to be submitted into one of the most powerful positions within the British judiciary and expect to be successful? I do not know how to converse with 90% of the population. How do you rate my chances Sir?"
NGO’s are focused on money first, cars Mercedes and BMW’s and their gay parties. The ones in Western Cape especially, this is why the country is on the road to nowhere.
Mr chief justice he dosent care. He danced all over your question. Thats why you shouldve let Julius finish playing chess not checkers with his question...aka politics = moral" tics".
Malema's questions were politically motivated and based on generalizations.he engaged in a battle of wit and he actually lost. Well done to the Chief Justice. By Malema's own admission he knows nothing about law and should not be there. Again well done Chief Justice.
@@vusumuzimchunu292 clearly this is the only interview of this kind that you've watched, coz it's in this alone that he attacked the candidate politically... the questions Malema asks in these commissions are even better than those of legal practitioners. you Just HATE the Guy.
