I know i am watching this interview very late but then i am inspired by judge Mbenenge. He is mature and well-articulated. He feels no pressure in answering questions. I am inspired by his leadership style.

A leader with a vision, well articulated. One of those lawyers who inspired us to read & present a reasoned argument.

I had the opportunity to consult with him in Umtata whilst working for one in the Dept of Home Affairs and it was a marvel to watch him going about what he knows best...very professional and able. Since then i have not left track of him.

It would be helpful if the learned advocate would discuss specific legal cases and outcomes. This seems like office management!

I first met him JP Mbenenge in Mthatha High Court , in 2003 he was appearing for Minister of Safety and Security in a big civil claim, he did a very good job in cross examining witnesses and I was impressed...it was a case of a man shot dead by police in Bityi Area on the 21/8/1993 (Saturday) ....I think Van Zyl J was presiding...and his judgments are well thought and researched more so S v Mpofana 1998 (Bail Case dealing with ID parade that should be expedited)...that case has been quoted with approval in many cases and then in 1998 he was Acting Judge (AJ)...Note made on Monday 1/4/2024

Should the learned advocate drink out of a plastic bottle in the middle of a judge's interview?
