    I love Judge Motha's sentiment. The modern Western laws e.g. UK and Germany were codified with their castomary laws. Likewise, the Roman law same story and refined over the years. He very strong argument that speaks to the foundation of modern laws.

    Listening to M P Motha's interview I cannot overstate how Apartheid disadvantaged black people in all facites career and community wise e.g Soweto court. The commisioners understimate how much the right to judicial facilitates is encroached upon by their lack of urgency

    The guy speaks well. As a lecturer, it should come naturally. Only that he easily gets off-tangent at times.
    The real questions that tested his depth were asked by Adv Ngcukaitobi and Pillay.

      It's not an issue only in SA, it's worldwide, Palestine genocide both race and religion issue, Russia and Ukraine is both race and economic control the Pope speaks out about Ukraine war but is silent on the Middle East,the list is endless and requires acres of land to write and comment on support of my assertion. Please don't try to sweep issue under the carpet.
      The US elections have a race slant

      Who is "you people"?
      Really now in 2024?
      I thinking and mindset very convoluted to say the least

    • @ninaosborne2004
      @ninaosborne2004 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @LawrenceRadebe-ei1kv if you used common sense. You people would mean everyone that is still on about appardheid, the past which is 30 years in the past and racisim. Does one have to spell out everything in detail for there to be an understanding?

    • @ninaosborne2004
      @ninaosborne2004 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @LawrenceRadebe-ei1kv There is NO genocide in Palastine. There is a country called Israel, which was invaded on the 7th of October 2023. Out of that, a war was born. Civillians and children killed on both sides. Palastine deliberately killed children and civillians, which is a genocide. Israel defended itself. Terrorist Hamas are cowards and hide behind children and civillians, so hold them accountable. Israel, Jerusalem, the land of the Jews 1000 b.c.e. Know your history and look into excavations found to support the history of Israel. Anyone who believes differen has been brainwashed and doesn't know the facts and truth.

      I am not a prophet but know exactly why the response is edited. I am not going to dignify your response as bigotry begets bigotry.
