Apparatus we need;1 . Onion 🧅 2 . Acetocarmin ( for staining)3 . A spirit lamp 🪔 4 . distilled water 💦 5. Glass slide 6. Watch glass 7. Cover slip 8. Needle 9. Forceps 10. ✂️ 11. scalpel 12. Rubber headed pencil ✏️.13. Thermameter etc.
instead of acetocarmin what can i use?
Acetoorcein could also be used.

To make the cell wall more permeable to the stain
To degrade the cell wall, cell memebrane and nuclear membrane, of course, allowing more entry of stain to enter the chromosomes. (Acetocarmine stains chromosomes.)

Why arw we heating it
It's to soften the cell so that squashing se cell separate ache se hoga
So that the cellulose breaks. It will be easier for stain to enter
