Great in depth video about qPCR set up and data interpretation. Extremely useful for beginners and a great refresher for more experienced users. Lots of great practical tips and theoretical considerations. Dr. Scupham, you rock!
I am a biology graduate and working as an laboratory analyst for 1.5 years. For I only working with traditional microbiology testing procedures, it is so hard for me to understand how PCR works. This video helps me a lot as a total beginner in molecular biology. Thank you USDA and Dr. Alexandra.
Awesome video on qRT-PCR. Learnt alot for personal development. Thank you Dr Lexa Scupham for this educational video as a lab personnel. Thumbs to you and your team.
Thank you so much, Dr. Lexa Scupham, for this amazing video. It is clear and very informative. I took some notes to help me with my experiments and protocols. I can say that now I understand how real-time PCR is performed.
Thank you very much for sharing your insights and knowledge filled videos !! Professional and informative !! Outstanding !! Greetings from California … I wish you and folks good health , success and happiness !! Much Love ✌️😎💕
you did a great effort Dr. I must say that it is one of the best tutorial with practical information and details on real-time PCR. thankyou so much. you rocked. Dr. Sumaira
This video is so informative; I have learned a lot. Thank you for putting this together ❤ In the preparation of the standard, did you add 5 micro liters from the 10:1 tube to the 10:0 tube? I am a bit lost there.
sometimes when i take like 0.5ul dna or 12ul mix there will be always leftover liquid in the tip that doesnt want to come out. is it because my micropipette is not good anymore or it just the way i use it is not proper?
Dear Madam, pls accept my gratitudes. you are an an gel for me.I am struggling with qPCR and did not know how to start! can you please tell me the paper work you did for your lab pcr, how can I set mine for my lab?
Hi, madam I watched this video and really understand your explanation. Please do a favor, I need video like this for agrobacterium infiltration in tobacco or etc. Thank you
Wow, this is a great video. I’m not only talking about qPCR but in general lab work. Also amazing and clear explanations and suggestions. It was really interesting and I actually enjoyed it a lot. Thank you so much!!!
can anyone help mee pleasee... i want to separate mRNA(bax gene) from rat brain cells...and later wana do rt pcr to check bax expression level.. how will i know that the RNA which i separated is BAX...because there are many other mRNAs present in that cell.. please clear my confusion
Hi ; thank you for the explanation; how can we contact you if I have some queries; can you give your email? How to validate the process and what are the validation parameters for PCR
Great Job!, thanks. I wonder where to get/prepare the starting materials for the standard curve. How to know the number of copies of my plasmid in the sample. Is this a linear DNA plasmid or RNA transcript?
I have never seen such an informative and comprehensive video on qRT-PCR. Thank you so much, ma'am.

Hello, could you please give us the information in the technical shit the paper contening all information about hte volume of each component thanks
Well done description fully understood
Great. Learned a lot.
Nice video but can't you use the autoclave machine to sterilize the tools
Thank you sooo much mam for beautiful detailed explanation.😃😇😊
Dude this is such a good video holy shit
What is the differences between qPCR and RT PCR?
Is it absolutely necessary to linearise plasmids before RTPCR?
Yes , I think so.
Really Easy and very Realistic.
me gusto mucho
Best video on TH-cam.
Thank you so much madam for this detailed and in depth video.
Hi ; thank you for the explanation; how can we contact you if I have some queries; can you give your email?
How to validate the process and what are the validation parameters for PCR
Thank you so much!
Great video!😆
Thankyou .Madam..it was a great real time experience with your beautifully explaination in simple way..
Dear madam nice over view on Real time PCR. The primers used in real time PCR can be used in normal PCR without probe
Great job! ma'am thanks

这就是专业
Many thanks to you, doctor.
I wonder if you generously explain how I can get the " working paper" 👍🌹
excellent explanation madam
Great videoo maaam.
💯
Thankyou Very much!
thanks for explain maam
Good explanation , keep it up ,
Plzzz told about optimisation and cDNa dilution also
I watch Twiv which is a virology podcast and they mention the use of PCR for testing of all kinds of viruses including SARS.
Pls send this sheet not visible
Mam can you share soft copy of it to us???
vortexing for a minute lol
why no gloves?
She did not glove up during instrumentation however she did during the process
Can I have a copy of your datasheet in this video to use as a template for my experiment -- to model another datasheet on? Just asking.
could anyone share the chart shown in 08:00 ?
