Yeah, she talked to the umpire at 3-3 when Halep won 2 games in a row and felt the momentum was changing. So she wanted to break it. She did just that. Halep explained why she called the doctor whilst Woz did not nor did anyone ask her.
SHE DID NOT HAVE A MEDICAL TIMEOUT. The doctor came on court and checked her blood pressure and pulse during the changeover break. That is not a medical timeout. She also explained why she called the doctor. Woz did not. Nor did she give any signs of relenting due to an injury.
Same journey as Mauresmo in 2005/2006. Mauresmo won the Masters in 2005 and won AO in 2006. Woz does the same. Both could have won a Major before. People were eager to see them win their first GS.
I love Caroline and I was so happy she won the Australian Open and regained the No.1 ranking. When Halep broke to lead 4-3 in the third set I stopped watching the match live. To my great and pleasant surprise I found out she won. I would love to see her as No 1 for a long time but I think on the 19th of February Halep will regain the top spot.....I really hope I am wrong !!!!

What did she do in relation to the ball kids ? To be honest most of the players can be cranky with the ball kids, if they had to go and collect the balls after every point then they might change their attitude. One thing that should be changed, the ball kids should not have to carry towels for the players. Their should be a towel holder behind the players and they should be made get it themselves. I never hardly see Roger constantly asking for the towel, ball kids are treated like personal servants to the players, let them get their own towel and if they take too long doing it, they should get time violations.
