    • @coachkitchen3904
      @coachkitchen3904  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Phyllis. You can use either pepper or both. I prefer the red, because the flavor is sweet.

    Hey Coach nice job on the wings! Who is that playing in the background??

  • @Gracian40
    @Gracian40 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello, I am going to make your wings for Thanksgiving using my 8 Quart slow cooker. However, I have a question. Can I use my food processor to dice the red pepper?

    • @Gracian40
      @Gracian40 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Last week I chopped the vegetables I am using for Thanksgiving in advance, and then freeze in a Ziploc bag. This includes; onions, celery and red peppers.
      Yesterday, I made the stock I am using to make my dressing with. Mistakenly, I put one of the ziploc bag with my veggies in the refrigerator instead of back in the freezer. Now the veggies I want use to make my turkey wings with in my slow cooker have thawed and limp; and because the veggies have thawed they accumulated water in the Zip lock bag, but they still smell fresh.
      My question to is, is okay if I put the ziploc bag of veggies back in the freezer even though they have thawed? Or should I discard and start from scratch- I don't plan on using the veggies until early Thursday morning.
      Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    What's the difference between using corn starch and flour to thicken? Is one better than the other?

    • @coachkitchen3904
      @coachkitchen3904  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Shamara. Corn starch has 4 times the thickening power of flour.

    It takes to much time to sprinkle seasoning one by one. Put all thr seasoning in a bag shakeout up put the wings in the bag 2 wings at a time until all of the wings are coated pour any seasoning left in the bag right ontop move on to the next step.

    How much of the other seasoning do I need to use like 1/4 or 1/2 you don't really explain that in the video

    I always rinse off my turkey in a clean sink and afterwards disinfect my sink with bleach.

  • @lavetteharris9574
    @lavetteharris9574 ปีที่แล้ว

    I did this in my Crock-Pot and I did not like it for the simple reason it makes the meatball off the bone and the crock pot does not brown so now I do it in the oven so the turkey can be Brown and I flipped it so it can be brown on the other side
