That creates an idea that journalling is all about perfection. Journalling has nothing to do with all that. Journalling means free expression of thoughts, emotions and all what is on the mind. That doesn't need to look clean nor created as a book.
This is so true, I had to learn to let go of perfectionism - otherwise I would rip out every single page where I wrote a letter that I didn't believed fit!

Helen, as a consumer I hate receiving newsletters **that I did not sign up for.** That's the key, for me. If I sign up for it, if I explicitly put my email in a box and say yes, send me this, then I want the newsletter, and your process requires positive affirmation. I love your newsletters. :)
I may have an easy tip to clean the oven in the future. Spray on a reduced fume oven cleaner on a cool oven. Cover whatever you spray with plastic wrap. Leave on overnight so the oven cleaner won't dry out. The next morning, remove the plastic wrap and wipe the oven with a damp sponge. If there's anything still on, it will be easy to scrape off.
The pencil works so well that way! More of that size day doodles please! I want to start doing this!

She’s done packing videos/ small snippets of her process throughout the years, but for safety reasons she won’t be filming a full tour.

I am currently going through the same process of trying to get help from the healthcare system and it is a lot of forms, documents, appointments. Lots of talking about myself in a way that leaves me drained and embarrassed. But I am really pushing myself to keep going so that it can be better.
I am the same way with my "rewards points" from places like coffee shops - even with my potato points 😊 and things like gift cards. It's a goal of mine to use and enjoy my earned rewards. I'm glad to hear that you treated yourself and redeemed a reward. ❤
Come down to Orlando and do the runDisney marathon as a starter. This was my first one and was a great no pressure run.

Lovely rainbow spread! About redeeming rewards:. I hang on to them too. I feel like I'm taking from the small business when I redeem my reward because they don't get the money for something they made or did for me. I go to a business I like to support them, not to "cost" them. Is that weird? I guess I should just accept (and use) the reward as their way of saying thank you. You do this as the owner of your wonderful small business! 🎉 And I'm grateful for your generosity. ❤

For medical purposes, I have a section of notes that are a face sheet that is a list of all the medical dates for surgeries and diagnoses, a list of the medications and who prescribed them and when they were started and how I take them and what pharmacy (or other source) refills them, and then a list of the ongoing things that come up with the starting date for the things and a spot like the today list for to do/ in progress/ done for talking with a provider about the issues.
I keep it in a small notebook similar to the ones that are like your bullet journal from leutchterm1917 (pocket size I think they call it). I use an index in it to keep track of the different kinds of pages and the notes from the different providers.
Good luck with your health care and your tracking of it.
Oh the pocket sized book is good for carrying to the doctor office for sharing with various providers too, and it saves memory space too.
I use honeycomb when I want to make myself do something in orange!

Maybe for orange next time, you could do yellow on the page next to it and somehow connect them to make sunrise colors with the orange. 🤷🏻♀️ Also wondering if you have a nutrient deficiency that’s causing low energy. You may already be testing for that, but just a thought! 🙂🫶🏼

@@TheCoffeeMonsterzCo my late father ran it many times and then helped out. Unfortunately he died in December. He got his PB there in 1991 with a time of 2hrs 49 minutes and 39 seconds. It is a great event with an amazing atmosphere.
