Hey, Helen. Fennel tea is really good for stomach problems. My mom used to make it for me when my IBS acted up. It doesn’t taste all that great, but with a bit of sweetener, it’s okay. I always feel better afterwards. Great for nausea, too. ❤ P.S. Luca is SO adorable. He looks like he’s growing so fast!

For example, Morgan Harper Nichols has a song Tell The Story on her TH-cam Channel with the lyrics "you're not alone out here the light is your guide" and Charlotte Eriksson has a quote from her poem book "drink a glass of water. make the room dark. lie down and close your eyes. notice the silence. notice your heart. still beating, still fighting. you made it, after all. you made it another day, and you can make it one more." Apple fritter and banana bread sounds wonderful!
