Q: Do you plan before, during, or after the week?
A: It varies from video to video, but typically I plan 2-3 times during the week and stitch the clips together. I rarely plan the entire week in advance or the entire week retroactively.
Q: Do you use all of these planners?
A: Yes and no. Every week, there is something in my life that takes priority over the others whether it be school, work, or something personal. Depending on the week, I select a few planners that will help me achieve my tasks! So not every planner is used every week.
Q: How do you get so much done in a day?
A: If you watch any of my journaling vlogs, you’ll realize that I have very poor sleeping habits and so naturally I’m able to fit more things into the day. It’s something I’m trying to fix but admittedly this is the only reason. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

You need an “I thought I hated these” folder. Drop all the designs that you think you hate in there. Then once a quarter or so hope in there and you might be surprised that you don’t hate them and can use them for future releases.

Hi Helen, I don’t comment much but I have been watching for a long time and I just want to say that I hope you’re able to prioritize yourself a bit more in the future. I can tell you’re a very smart intelligent person not to mention such a caring daughter but that caring also has to extend to yourself . You are young now but the way you overwork yourself will catch up eventually. I hope that this new year you are able to find some work / life balance. Hi Helen. You are such an inspiration to me. I own a small dress making business n seeing you running your business is very motivational. I'm thinking of hiring more people because I see how your support system is essential to the growth of your business. All the best to you. I've cut my coffee to max 2 cups a day & I'm trying to get 8 hours of rest. We need to look after our bodies, they must last us 60 more years. I will try squeeze in a light jog now n then. Don't know how you find time for gym.

Hi Helen, I can only agree with the others that you do not need to criticize yourself so much. However - I am just like you and I know that such comments won’t really change how we feel. I finally put my first order in your shop after waiting for ages because of my fear of shipping and VAT ( once I ordered something an they had me open the package in front of an officer and I had to explain myself for shopping stationary abroad. Only halfway through the video but wanted to pause and comment real quick! So I'm not even a big hugging type of person (physical touch definitely doesn't rank high on my love language scale lol) but the way I want to just wrap you so tightly in a hug and tell you that you are far from a failure and not let go until you believe it!!!! Things are going to happen in life and especially in businessbut they're just blips and when those things happen, they don't define you. You know what does define you? The foundation of customer service and community that you've built in our corner of the internet. Its for that reason that of course so many people were understanding of the sleeves issue! I know you're making a lot of strides and putting a lot oin place so that in 2023 things go more smoothly and structured but I do hope that you're also making strides and putting in place the mentality of granting yourself just a little bit more grace. I appreciate this video so much. It shows how challenging the work can become and how much you put into it. There really is no getting around the doubt, discomfort, and anxiety of working hard and wanting to do things well. I appreciate the vulnerability you show that it isn't all fun doodling and calmly placing cute stickers on packages. I also really respect and am inspired by your diligence in your nutrition, getting in movement, and making time to connect with family & friends. I love your videos - the vulnerability, sharing of the ups and downs, seeing how you run your business. You are so accomplished at a young age. It breaks my heart to see you tear yourself apart and I wish you’d get more sleep. Sleep is a free “drug” that makes it easier to manage emotions, anxiety, depression and makes our bodies healthier and stronger. Our brain works better with 7-9 hours of sleep. In fact, a few nights of 5 hours of sleep or less affects our ability to think and reason the same way having enough alcohol to be over the legal limit in the US (a generous limit). Please take care of yourself! We want to enjoy your art and you for as long as possible!
