    Note:
    In this recipe, we have intentionally omitted the use of tomato or tamarind water/paste since raw mango provides the required sourness. If your raw mango is not sufficiently sour, feel free to increase the number of raw mango wedges to achieve the desired tanginess according to your taste preference. It's important not to overcook the raw mangoes, as they should be cooked just until done without turning mushy. Enjoy the delightful flavors of this dish!
    Ingredients :
    400 gms Lady Fish (cleaned & washed well) - can take any fish of your choice
    For Masala Paste :
    1 medium (50 gms) Onion - roughly chopped
    5 to 6 cloves of Garlic
    1 tsp Coriander Seeds
    ½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
    ¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (methi seeds)
    5 to 6 nos. Dry Byadgi Chillies (It's not very hot but imparts a dark colour and aroma)
    ½ cup (120 gms) Grated Coconut
    ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
    100 ml Water (for grinding)
    Other Ingredients :
    3 tbsp Coconut Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
    50 gms Onion (sliced)
    1 sprig Curry Leaves
    3 nos Green Chillies (slightly slit)
    500 ml Water (used after rinsing the blender jar)
    ½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
    5 to 6 wedges Raw Mango pieces (use as per your taste)
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 sprig Curry Leaves
    Note : tsp is teaspoon
    tbsp is tablespoon
    Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
