    How are you doing that chord progression around 3min? It's longer than 4 bars and the pages even loop around quicker than the progression.

      Track 5 (used with the Chord machine) is going at half time and unquantized, which makes a 128-step long sequence instead of only 64-step. 🙂

      Hey! I had to give it back but I most likely will buy it soon, haha. I'll definitely make more videos when I get it again! :-)

      Thank you! It’s from the SY-Bits machine. It’s super useful for melodic stuff but I found I would use it for percussive things too. 🙂

    A Syntakt in good hands.
    Great to hear some of the more interesting stuff it can do. And sounds like you hit the sweet spot with analog crunch.

      Thank you! It’s a very capable machine, the Elektron sequencer is of course the real strength of this thing, but the machines are all super useful and awesome for sound design.

    It’s the evolved M:C! It’s got some of the same sounds!

      It definitely shares a lot of similarities but definitely expands further. Some machines are tweaked also and sound really interesting!

    Dang why does the synth sound sidechain-compressed? Does syntakt have that?

    • @TriangleWaveRecords
      @TriangleWaveRecords  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You can use the sequencer for the FX section to create volume dips and simulate sidechain indeed! But you can also sequence it so it doesn’t have to be your typical 4-to-the-floor type sidechain. It’s pretty amazing and really creative! I also really like using the filter to create moments like that
