Thanks! I basically changed the scale of the track I'm using with the Chord machine, so that it plays slower. This allows me to sequence more chords within the maximum 64 steps allowed per track. Because it goes slower, it lasts for 128 steps instead of 64. Hope that made sense! 🙂

@@Andy8TranI record all my samples initially in Logic or directly to tape, then process them. If they are recorded in Logic first, I make sure to run them through tape at the end of chain.

Yeah it’s pretty limited to just one effect. I find the easiest way is to use the fader and set it to the FX modifier, so that you can decide how much you want of the effect per group. I don’t think there’s a way to only have one sound affected by the effect if multiple are playing in a group.

In this video, I’m using the XFM’s sequencer mostly. Some chords are sometimes sequenced by the Digitakt. 🙂

@@TriangleWaveRecords Ok, but it seems to me that the "brain" is the Digitakt. Correct? So it's giving the tempo to the XFM but not triggering single notes on single tracks. Correct? Both sequencers are playing their content

The Digitakt is providing the XFM with tempo data and sequencing some of the sounds I designed on the XFM.
