I attempted learning to rolling yesterday, let’s just say it didn’t go well at all.
It's all in the knees and hips. And don't raise your head too soon. Hang in there and you'll get it. It took me a few tries, too.
Keep grinding John! If you can find someone that can instruct you in person, that can really do wonders! It can take some time, so dont give up! You will never regret learning to roll!
