Sir, I want to pursue PhD in Finance but I can afford only flight ticket. So, is there any University that provides Visa reimbursement, handsome monthly stipend, free food, free on - campus accommodation, health insurance etc. I have a pathetic GPA but rich Corporate & International Experience. Due to financial problems can't afford GRE & IELTS.

fullerton and longbeach has only 30-40% acceptance rate and they want above 3.20gpa. Those 2 are most competitive public unis in california.
