How to make eye liner at home.
In the 2 batch you are adding Vitamin E oil
but others are adding castor oil why ? and
Wat u will prefer me to use castor oil or vitamin e
Castor oil itself is high in vitamin e. I suggest just using castor oil because it is also cooling for your eyes and promotes hair growth for long and thick eyelashes.

Shahnaz Jahan candle which we get in market is made up of parafin wax which is a chemical and too harmful for eyes... while bee's wax is safe n natural so pls dont experiment with candle
