I think one of the many reasons I love this channel is that Rose is always cheerful and lovely. And Wu is also very amiable and understanding.

Shopping seems like such a laid back experience in comparison to going to a crowded over priced supermarket. The meat is fresh and cut to your requirements. This is living, not trying to exist in overcrowded hostile cities. Yes, they have all the modern conveniences but they are not letting them take over their lives. 🌹
I would worry about refrigeration.

I was raised where homemade sausages, smoked meats, jerky, preserved salted fish, etc etc were made. Nothing like foods prepared this way without the artificial additives and chemicals! Rose, the ways you and Wu prepared the meat brought a big 😊 to my face and lovely memories to my mind. ❤❤

So true, hand chopped meat for sausages tastes better than ground! The same holds true for dumplings. Can't remember the last time I've done this...the things we miss out in life for the sake of modern conveniences, we don't even realise it until it's lost!
