Rose..check your iron levels again. Last time, they were low and the doc said eat more red meat. Have you had enough meat? Do you take Vitamin supplements? Also try to eat more beans and legumes, green vegies for iron. ❤❤❤

Hello, I thought about the iron level... The baby draws minerals, vitamins, trace elements from the mother. They must be replaced otherwise she will be tired and depressed. You have to check with the doctor.. Good luck, Rose, your husband takes care of you... Not all pregnant women are like that ❤❤❤.. Take care of yourself. I'm looking at you from France 👍🏾👍🏾
Exactly. It is normal to be somewhat tired during pregnancy but not to this level. Check in with the doctor
Agree with checking iron levels, molasses with a squeeze of lemon or lime really good for natural iron, along with the green veggies and legumes. Good hydration is also very important and dehydration can contribute to lethargy and not feeling well. Should also probably check vitamin D levels. Darker skinned people tend to run low, especially in winter when there’s not as much sunlight or they are more indoors. Praying for you Rose 🙏🏽

This is reality. No one can be 100% happy all the time and pregnancy takes a lot out of a woman. How lovely that Wu knows exactly the type of foods Rose likes he's not dithering just gets straight to his menu. Maybe Rose should put in a call to her family in Uganda, that usually makes her happy too. This phase will pass eventually. It's odd seeing Rose out of sorts it's good to know she has great and loving support.

You're lucky to have a wonderful caring husband and I know what it's like to feel excessively tired but then again I suffer from fibromyalgia and I'm anemic all 3 of my pregnancies ended in disaster BUT I have 2 handsome boys and a beautiful daughter who are healthy

When I was pregnant, my doc said eat liver every day, and red meat. I get really tired when my b12 is low, too.

I looked up Chinese lettuce, we don''t seem to have it in Texas. I looked up your dates, and found jujubes, we had some jujube trees at a rental, I need to see if they regrew after a tenant chopped them down.
