- Filmed on March 15, 2015: Here is a solo video of this piece of big mamma Dover freighter here in the middle of Austin, TX. Since today is Nicholas (CaptainElevator42189)'s graduation from Austin Community College, I would give him a big shoutout with this video! :D

That IS one huge elevator. Especially for forklift drivers to move pallets from floor to floor. And yes, it is nearly the size of a classroom.

That elevator was VERY slow! But I really like the inside part of the freight elevator and that freight elevator is the size of a school classroom!

The dimensions of the Minnesota Science Museum freight elevator is 30 feet long, 30 feet wide, 25 feet tall and can hold 12,000 pounds.

Have you ever been to battle hall at UT to see the 1910 gated Otis it's a lot of fun button controls were added in the 50's they are prelexan black like the houston club building.

It can't fit a loaded lorry(rig) with the trailer.. How does a quad hidraulic system that fits over a ton of oil sounds to You... Each cylinder!?! The weights of the main parts and lifting capacity are counted with 4 and 5 zeros.

It’s because the Property Management doesn’t want anyone coming to their museum and bugging them to see the elevator. This is something I must take action following their rules under no circumstances, which is called being respectful. Anytime a property manager favors me not to give out the location, I need to follow their order which is no exception.
