As someone who also hasn’t been in touch with the genshin/gacha community in over 2 years and came back to play wuthering wave a few months ago, I have to say I was blown away by it and I’m so glad I started playing it. I think you’ll have a blast.
The first time i played WuWa, i refrain myself from choosing 1 out of the 5 free 5* char and decided to pull from this banner first so that i can pick another different 5*
In a video coming out I get a couple of other DPS options that im going with now lol (I got alot of editing to do 😅) But because of me wishing more I ended up getting Chixia almost to max constellation (or whatever its called in Wuthering Waves😭)
ok, I feel like u playing Verina and Havoc Rover wrong. Here's some tips: Verina healing is via her Ultimate and her forte, ahe generate them via her skills/intro/4th basic attacks and spend them to heal by hold the ATK button to use HA or attacking mid air. Havoc Rover is strong basic attack DPS, u generate their forte through attacks, and when its full u hold the attack button to spend the forte and enter enhanced mode to deal more damage and repeat. Also learn the outro buff of each characters, e.g. Sanhua outro buff 38% Basic attack damage for the next resonator so she is best support/sub DPS for Havoc Rover
upgrade skill talents,keep grinding and finish the story,save astrites for your 5* Limited Character (Radiant tides the yellow orbs) & sig Weapon. invest on rover,verina,Baizhi & Sanhua....farm on the overworld. you'll get the hang of it as I'm also an ex Genshin player👌
You should use 4/3/3/1/1 echo cost for most if not all characters. Also use different echos, if you use 5 different echos of the same set you get buffs. Havoc rover should use sunsinking, sub dps should use moonlit clouds, and rejuvenating glow for verina
Okay so there's a lot of tips i can give you but we'll just start small. 1. Yuanwu is actually hot garbage and is in my opinion the 2nd or 3rd worst character in the game because his value to the team is pretty small. 2. Verina is the best healer in the game and the echo skill you should be running is the bell borne, not the inferno rider. 3. Your rovers echo skill dreamless does significantly more damage if used within 5 seconds of your burst and it has a 15 sec cooldown so save for when you use your burst. 4. For right now, your best teammate for rover would be sanhua because she can buff your rovers attack % and basic attack dmg. Her best echo skill is the heron cause it buffs atk % of the next character after swapping. Shes also good for encore, calcharo and lingyang, all off the standard banner. 5. Echos and echo substats are as important as artifacts in genshin so pay attention to those later. Thats about it for now.
@@hacchiyotsuba Yeah, I knew that yuanwu gives Jinhsi something but I didn't know what since no one really uses that team. Her best sub dps right now is Zhezhi. Thanks for clearing that up though.
it's alright, we got tons of them every patch at events & shop....save those astrites for the 5* Limited Character that you like & 5* Limited weapon banner which is 100% guaranteed btw.
Fun video bro, its nice to see new Wuwa players enjoying the game. I feel bad for you that your summons didn't go very well and that you missed the free Xiangli Yao in ver. 1.2. As someone else mentioned yeah, you should of saved your 5 star selector ticket after you did your beginner banner pull to see who you get. But at least you got Verina which is a MUST have for any account. Also Pleasee don't spend your astrite anymore to do standard banner pulls 😖. You should know this as a gacha player. And also save your afterglow coral for limited characters wavebands, its so worth it. Good luck

Honestly, it like a Genshin 2.0! The combat is so good that I cant commentate over it cuz im too focused 😭

I agree and FYI he's more like a future DPS support since yuanwu gives resistance to team rn only Jinhsi benefits from him
