Seriously they should be doing 90 years in prison or extradite them to some other country and charge them. They laundered blood money, drug money, human trafficking ect. There’s a reason why doing that’s illegal in the states ffs could be terror cell money.
Yeah they should. Let's hope they get in legal problem. Love these investigative videos. Muta here thinks you can... he said the purpose of btc was null and void since roobet wanted kyc. Btc is not used to conceal transactions. But the person who made this video stated he thinks it is which is stupidity
@@eM_AuTHeNTic Right exactly. When I first saw these crypto casinos popping up years ago the reason I believed they were becoming popular is that crypto is global. Allowing people in countries with online gambling bans to be able to gamble out side their state/country’s jurisdiction. Its never been with the purpose of concealing identity. Gambling is generally highly regulated, every single casino I’ve played on requires ID verification.
Interesting video, thanks! I'm doing compilations of only real money streamers but it's been a jungle to find since _shady "Influencers"_ like this has entered the scene... Also, two quick tips if anyone's interested in gambling: 1. *Understand the risks* of gambling and that the casino wins long term (RTP is set to be in favor of the casino, always) 2. *Play on certified casinos.* It doesn't matter if you're lucky enough to win if you can't withdraw anything.
I really hope FaZe Banks doesn't try to sweet talk his way out of this, since he knows and talks to both you and Muta. He is clearly involved and by the sounds of what Adin said, the FaZe House is also sponsored by Wizza, so it looks like they're involved too. EVERYONE needs to be held accountable.

31:27 Even if they were requesting new addresses, it still links back to the same Bitcoin wallet, so it doesn't matter. A bitcoin wallet can generate up to 2^160 public addresses that are derived from the same private key.
It's actually impressive how Banks is seemingly running all these schemes. Sure its shady but its the sheer variety makes it really entertaining tbh. Mafioso vibes
Someone is literally telling him, buy this, sell that, point in this direction. Don't give him the credit, he's used for his audience and name, not necessarily his brain and brawn. This is separate from the whole fact that what's happening is he and the others mentioned are just using their fans to move money from their pockets to their own, not something to be glamorized. This gives a whole different definition of fan/follower. At least certain actual Mafias are known for helping enrich communities with businesses, protection, which may be only 1% better but still better nonetheless.
Honestly it’s a shame Banks has to act so shady about punks :( I always had a gut feeling every time he tweets about it, it’s just not 100% honest. Trying this hard to push something you don’t believe in will always show.
I don't follow the situation too closely and I'm 100% sure he is not honest, he doesn't believe it at all but he knows he can buy it, write about it on twitter, pump it and sell to to another person who buys it as an investment for a very inflated price. They are doing it because it's unregulated and you can do pump and dumps without any consequences. And because nfts are so new he can bullshit that he really believed it which you can't do for a useless penny stock of a company which hasn't operated for years.
Dude banks is a Class A scammer, he’s been doing this for a long long time, riding on all the scams to make any money he can. After listening for a bit, I think his objective was to use Allen and Alfonso in a way where he was crediting Allen (who he shows is Allen), and then "Alfonso" would have been an entity that everyone else thought they hadn't seen yet. If he didn't blow it with that one clip, there's a decent chance confirmation wouldn't have been obtained, and we'd just have to say "it's more than likely that Allen is Alfonso".

Hey Muta, this past week there's been a noticeable surge in butt/boob bot accounts replying to people's comments, most of them have some suggestive adult content names asking to check their profile. He could also do a video on these checkmark channels that comment everywhere and all of them got the same video, like "Who is _____?" they also use a bot to steal comments and bots that like ur comment, if u dont know who are these pll heres some of their channels (evil, dam, supreme and devil)

It goes like this with the referrals: roobet gives the streamer a set amount, usually between 3.5-5k, and they refill their accounts whenever the streamer loses it all. And to my knowledge, people like stevewilldoit and Xposed get to keep anywhere from 15-25% of whatever they make and roobet keeps the rest when they call it quits.
Xposed gets unlimited balances, but it doesn't take a streamer to get a portion of referral money. Everyone gets that. The streamers just get a % of the ending balance.
Xposed has shown his BTC address that he 'supposedly' withdrawals his winnings to. If you go to the address, there were no transactions ever made from his hot wallet
This is going to get interesting. No surprise money is being funneled through NFT art. The sell prices of some of them defy normal logic and many have speculated they are more about money laundering than art in any way. This is just proof to theory on it.
@@lightzraptor2172 seller gets ridiculous amount of money and the buyer sends them money but not necessarily for the art but the art is the collateral proof of what the moneys for, at least that’s what I assume it’s for and also I think it can be used as a tax write off so another loophole for the rich to not pay more taxes
@@lightzraptor2172 Basically let’s say you are the criminal and you need to launder the money to your partner X. So you get a friend or pay someone off who values the art you have at 5x what it’s actually worth and then your buyer ends up paying that ridiculous price. The art can be a useless drawing you made but since it was valued at that price and the buyer paid for it, that money is now usable because there is a legit source of where it came from even though the sale is bs. (This is just my understanding atm, please correct me if I’m wrong)
@@henocknegash3288 Essentially, except the art needs to be valued art. An artist needs to have created it and then it needs to have been bought at auction for that price, so that the value is considered 'objective'. You can't just value a random piece of paper at $30 million, it needs to sell at an auction for $30 million. So you buy $150 million worth of various pieces of art. Now, straight away, you donate them to a gallery, which makes that money tax deductible. Then, when you need someone to send you money for something, instead they buy your art. Say they need to give you $25 million, well you find a piece worth $20 million and sell it for $25m. A very reasonable increase in value. The laundering comes in from them packaging legitimate money with illegitimate money. Half might be genuine useable money, and the other half becomes useable through the transaction, and the other person now has a piece of art that's valued at $25 million, which means they're not even really losing out long term.

Also, two quick tips if anyone's interested in gambling:
1. *Understand the risks* of gambling and that the casino wins long term (RTP is set to be in favor of the casino, always)
2. *Play on certified casinos.* It doesn't matter if you're lucky enough to win if you can't withdraw anything.

but now it caught up too him sadly but it was a good run for banks
Someone is literally telling him, buy this, sell that, point in this direction. Don't give him the credit, he's used for his audience and name, not necessarily his brain and brawn. This is separate from the whole fact that what's happening is he and the others mentioned are just using their fans to move money from their pockets to their own, not something to be glamorized. This gives a whole different definition of fan/follower. At least certain actual Mafias are known for helping enrich communities with businesses, protection, which may be only 1% better but still better nonetheless.
Just scammer vibes. And kids are stupid haha
They cant make the money that they spend in legal ways becouse its crazy how much it is really.
This is going to get interesting. No surprise money is being funneled through NFT art. The sell prices of some of them defy normal logic and many have speculated they are more about money laundering than art in any way. This is just proof to theory on it.
Art itself is usually a money laundering scheme. This is just the digital version of that.
@@themanhimself3 that’s actually interesting. How does art laundering work
@@lightzraptor2172 seller gets ridiculous amount of money and the buyer sends them money but not necessarily for the art but the art is the collateral proof of what the moneys for, at least that’s what I assume it’s for and also I think it can be used as a tax write off so another loophole for the rich to not pay more taxes
