Welcome back to Part 4 of 6 of the "Roobet: House of Cards" series put together by me and my good friend Coffeezilla, yesterday you may have heard about Privatebet and NELK but in this episode we'll be diving into the story of Wizza, a relatively new sweepstakes company and the possible link they may have to Roobet and a side of the Ferrari giveaway they partook in that hasn't been properly revealed until today. Honestly I think not only are Coffee's videos better produced and edited, but I feel like he's been able to cover more ground, more interestingly, and in shorter amounts of time with his videos in this series. No shots at Muta putting in the months of research work alongside with Coffee together, they're both doing an amazing job, but so far I've much more enjoyed Coffee's videos on this series. Muta's have felt a bit more rambley and unnecessarily stretched out.

It's true - kind of makes you question your life and choices. Working in office jobs, getting that promotion and thinking you're doing well - then you've got these punks chucking about millions and totally gaming the system. What goes up must come down though - unless you're earning an honest living, it's hard to sleep easy. The house of cards can fall at anytime.

I still think it's pretty sus that they had the car in the location of the winner weeks before they drew the name. It's pretty convenient for them to not pay for airline tickets and a tow to move the car to the new home across states.
Twitch streamer xposed said the people who run wizza run roobet he accidentally also said steve and nelkboys don’t actually give away what people see on camera
What makes the whole thing even more sus to me is how they never reacted to that in the video when they actually presented the car to the "winner". Just the fact that the "winner" lived in LA would make for a "Holy s***! Small, small world!" moment, never mind the car having been parked in a garage literally only blocks away from the "winner's" apartment a few days prior. If finding out that the winner of your legitimate nationwide+Canada sweepstakes is basically your neighbor isn't a "WHHAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!" moment, then I don't know what is. I would've been 100% compelled to bring it up and probably harp on. It's that unbelievable. Instead the Nelk boys just glossed over it like it was nothing.

I think this series is more important then most people think, I'm seeing more and more influencers get sponsored by Wizza, and exposing the dark side of the site is crucial to make said influencers think twice about accepting Wizza as a sponsor.

An important detail you may be overlooking regarding consideration in sweepstakes is that, and I quote:
"The sponsor, however, may not discriminate in its treatment of sweepstakes entrants. Those who give some consideration to enter may not be treated any differently, or any more favorably, than those who do not give any consideration. The odds of winning must be the same for both. Dealing with the two differently would create pressure for entrants to choose to provide some consideration, turning the sweepstakes into an illegal lottery. " (taken from the Jones Day website)
So either these sweepstakes are lying and falsely advertising the additional entries per purchase or they are running an illegal lottery, Coffee even pointed this out in his first video. Even just making the free alternative entry unnecessarily more difficult would be considered incentivizing consideration, turning the sweepstakes into an illegal lottery.
Don't underestimate how many illegal lotteries take place under the guise sweepstakes simply because the field is "really regulated." The law is often very far behind in actually charging and shutting down these illegal dealings, I mean why do you think scams are so blatant and abundant online and on social media?
WHOA! I will say I am a fan of their videos but always knew something shady was going on in the background (more so steves vids) and am glad I never bought into any of this wizza shit. Steves videos have their golden comedy moments, as do Nelks but the influx of money in the last year just went insane, and def hurt the legitimacy of the brands/channels. This series is phenomenal and hooked me right away. The crypto wallet tracking was so good.
at the same time I feel like these guys making these vids exploiting the boys for exploiting the internet, comes down to jealousy, and it's sad lol, Nelk boys and Steve are both awesome, if theyre advertising gambling to their viewers and not trying to hide it, than who gives a shit, obviously their getting paid for the advertisement.
actually after watching this video fully I take back my comment about being jealous, but I still don't know what the outcome of this will be, doesn't seem like any of the influences are really doing anything they shouldn't be doing, just getting played by the roos but we'll find out soon enough I guess, good work.

Check out the law in Ireland for holding a promotion competition, it's wild. You need a lottery license. If you don't have one, you cannot have an entry fee for the competition, in any way shape or form. It has to be free entry. It also cannot be a game of chance. You have to show that some sort of skill has to be used to win. There are even a bunch of rules around using a question to find a winner. Irish people got it nailed.

Muta's videos are that deeper dives that give credibillity to coffee's vids.
