Keep up the good progress, man. If you do choose to squat really deep, make sure to keep the weight really light. There's no world record for weight used while healing. Glad to hear that, bit by bit, you're in less pain.

@@TheodorMarTV well when I usually squat 3 plates it is still warmup and my face remains unchanged. You are making face of struggle with veins in your neck and all red... I get that face arround 5 plates only...
