    I’m left handed and I really appreciate someone who demonstrates tutorials for left-handed sewers. Please don’t apologize for what is natural. Thanks for making the sewing project easily to follow for a left-handed person. Take care !…hugs from Catherine and 🐈

    This is a very cute project! But, as I was watching you, I thought you were sewing the zipper to the wrong end! Imprinted out your instructions! Thank You for sharing the information! 🎄🎄🎄

    Great project! Please be aware, when using the frixion pens if you are using a darker color fabric, when you iron off the pen mark it will leave a white ghost mark. Be sure your stitches cover the mark.

    Hi Lydia, great instructions. Do you have suggestions on how to measure the correct size of material if you use various size notebooks? Thank you. SewD

    Good morning, I made this wonderful notebook cover the other day..... great project! I downloaded the instructions and it says "Seam Allowances are 1/2 unless otherwise noted, but the TH-cam tutorial flashed across the video to use 1/4 inch. I did use the 1/4 inch seam allowance.... but wonder if there's an error on the downloaded instructions. Thank you.
    PS I am making my second one as a gift for a friend to use as a journal. She's going out the country for several weeks.

    Thank you. I like this. Do we need to add extra inches to accommodate for seam allowances on any of the pieces?

    Great instructions! it's looks like the pocket is in the back. is that correct?

    • @musictoliveby08
      @musictoliveby08 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is in the demo. 2:51 To correct, attach the pocket piece to the right side instead of the left. If your fabric has an obvious pattern, it would be best to cut the piece from the right hand side also. Good catch! Love the tutorial and project though. Definitely will make!

    why not take that 4x11 piece and stitch right sides together leaving a small opening to turn. then turn out and press and stitch it to the cover the way you were doing all except the bottom line that shows to the other side. ? Ok I just tried what I explained above and the only thing different is that you need to use your top stitch after adding the pocket instead of before. works perfectly and no extra stitch line. love the pattern thank you .
