This guy seems so genuine, humble, intelligent and overall an amazing person. It’s no surprise to me that he’s as successful as he is in sales. This is a person all sales people should look up to so sales doesn’t continue to get a bad rep.
This is a great interview. But 2 improvements I would suggest, 1. Articulate the question more clearly like the way how Steve answers the question. Pay attention to how Steve structure and articulate his answers. Perhaps the pressure coming from interviewing Steve given his status or not knowing enough about Steve. 2. Strengthen the voice. It sounds to me Steve is the host given the volume and tone of the voice. Overall, very informative and educational content. I enjoy it.
I was thinking very similar, but I wasn't saying it nicely (in my mind. lol). A bit frustrating, to be honest. I had to FF the parts when the guest _Wasn't_ speaking.
Stunning interview. Met Steve Varsano a few years ago at the Milken event, and was already a fan after being blown away by the sheer brilliance of his previous showroom the other side of Hyde Park corner, and his cool and knowledgable demeanour. This was the conversation I always wanted to have with him. Congratulations guys!
I'm from Brazil. This guy steve hit me on TikTok and since then I watch every video about him. Congrats for the podcast, lads. This man is a good inspiration
i think it’s great how Steve is adapting to the changing times and learning new things, rather than defaulting how he’s done things in the past. I think the older generation can learn a lot from him on this front.
Viewers who were paying attention to details, not just listening. Steve ran a clinic on body language and micro-expressions. Go back through and watch how he shifts depending on what he is talking about. then returns to his central position.
39:08 if you hear nothing else, this is the segment to listen to. I've also rubbed shoulders with high level people and this is something I wish I had learned at a much younger age. I can't fix my past, but you can set your future up for success.
You guys deserve so much more attention. I really cant unterstand why these podcasts dont go viral. The quality is insane, you bring on interesting Individuals, you have a good structure and you ask good question. I really appreciate the work and im sure one day you will get the attention you guys deserve in sha Allah. Keep up the work ❤
What an amazing interview! Steve is an inspiration and really needs to write a book. I think beginning raised with good values is one of the main keys to success and so true.. having compassion and never giving up! Sounds like the journey to get to where he is was rough, scary and alot of hard work but what an amazing life. So wonderful that he decided to join the social media.😊
Yeah you can see the difference in professionalism and just general self awareness. You're sitting down with a rare and high net worth individual, and you don't even present yourself properly. He'll see you as a kid
The speaker isn't phased, look at his background. He doesn't care about that. Granted image is important, but he obliged happily and enjoyed the interview.
1:21:09 Very true. 15:29 this is both heartbreaking and inspiring to cherish your family because some wonderful people may not have one 1:08:36 So true and 1:10:23 very interesting even from TikTok. 1:12:04 lol 1:12:43 good point
Great interview all around. Glad after seeing all the viral videos I get to see the full picture of Steve, sounds like a great guy and great storyteller for sure
Great job guys! Great guest.. haven’t seen this kind of individual & their story on any other pod. Take all the constructive feedback in stride but keep going! Rooting for you
This is why these type of men are respected in society. They earn their value. We aint born with much. It takes years and years of hard work to get where hes at.
i bought a jet from this guy 4 years ago.....he delivered it to the airport and I paid him in hockey gear bags full of cash and a cheque.....3.3 million in cash, and a cheque for just over 8 million......... My first flight was flying him home the same day....awesome dude. We watched ' All in the Family' tv series on the flight home. My english is not so good, but he spoke a little Farsi, and one of my female companions translated for me too.
Such an awesome guy Steve is. He is so down-to-earth and humble. I would love to work with him one day. He also reminds me of the American/Italian singer, Tony Bennett
Steve is a great guy and great chat. I wish the interviewers were better. They weren’t flowing with Steve’s conversation, just sticking to their questions on the laptop
The energy is the room is tranquil and the content topnotch...I love Steve and also a huge fan of pj's. Finally hearing his story is powerful🎉🎉 Thank you Guys
bit of constructive observations, prepare more notes and questions and research the person better so you can ask follow up questions. Don't sit in awe of the person and challenge their answers sometimes.
Good podcast, I think it would be even better if you try to speak on the topics with follow up questions for longer, instead of moving on to the next topic/question so fast
Lovely podcast ..really enjoyed .. my son at 14 and half started to fly and at 15 did his solo on glider and at 16 he has done his microlight solo and just waiting to be 17 to get his licence in UK ... And it's so much fun and he does sailing too 😊 ..
Aircraft brokers unfortunately often set horrific expectations for aircraft owners that end up having to be undone by those of us who actually manage their operations after the purchase.

GREAT INDIVIDUAL INSPIRE A LOT AND IAM IMPRESSED BY HOW MUCH WISE HE IS HE HAS REALLY TASTED IT I WOULD LIKE HIM TO BE MY MENTOR AND WILL LOVE TO WORK WITH HIM

Congrats for the podcast, lads. This man is a good inspiration
Aw, didn’t know that about the father. Dude locked in on his own. Respect.
Steve Varsano was fantastic! He is an intriguing person with an interesting life story. I wish the interviewers were better.
I think they might’ve hit the vape pipe one too many times
i think it’s great how Steve is adapting to the changing times and learning new things, rather than defaulting how he’s done things in the past. I think the older generation can learn a lot from him on this front.
Very well put.
Viewers who were paying attention to details, not just listening. Steve ran a clinic on body language and micro-expressions. Go back through and watch how he shifts depending on what he is talking about. then returns to his central position.
Can you elaborate on this
39:08 if you hear nothing else, this is the segment to listen to. I've also rubbed shoulders with high level people and this is something I wish I had learned at a much younger age. I can't fix my past, but you can set your future up for success.
I've NEVER said this about any figure on TH-cam, TV, radio or music ever: I can't get enough of this guy. Steve Varsano is a Dude.
Mutual admiration 😊

He's wearing a collared shirt and a tie..y'all are wearing t shirts.

So ?!
There are some podcaster that don't even wear a Top at all ..
He went on the interview though?? What's your point?
The speaker isn't phased, look at his background. He doesn't care about that. Granted image is important, but he obliged happily and enjoyed the interview.
Wanna be's 😂
Show respect & wear a shirt while interviewing a man who has shown some effort to show up or give sometime for your podcast / interview
I bought a private jet from Steve two years ago and it still works perfectly. Genuine gentleman this Steve.

Steve the GOAT
Steve is a great guy and great chat. I wish the interviewers were better. They weren’t flowing with Steve’s conversation, just sticking to their questions on the laptop
What's so good about Mr. Varsano is he just tells you what it is. If you do this, then do this. If you don't do that, you don't need this.
The energy is the room is tranquil and the content topnotch...I love Steve and also a huge fan of pj's. Finally hearing his story is powerful🎉🎉
Thank you Guys

Amazing! Love it
fantastic interview.
Aircraft brokers unfortunately often set horrific expectations for aircraft owners that end up having to be undone by those of us who actually manage their operations after the purchase.
How do you mean? What kind of expectations, vs reality, could you give examples?

They say you get into trouble if you touch the staff. But actually…
