  • Today we are going to be taking you to “肉屋すず,” where you can eat all the parts of a high class wagyu beef with an unbelievably low price. 肉屋すず is located near the famous Sanju-sangen-do temple and Kyoto National Museum, and is right next to Shichijyō station. Shichijyō station is only a 10-minute train ride from Kyoto station, so it’s very easy to access.

    Shogo-san, you are responsible for my scuffed knuckles and scratched screen. Caused by trying to reach through to grab a slice off your grill. Doesn't work.

    As an ex-butcher. I wouldn't say this was high-grade beef. I would say it's SUPREME-grade beef. When I first saw the Wagyu beef set. I thought to myself: pictures of high-class beef don't look this good!
    I honestly never worked or cooked beef of this quality.
    So yes, this video made me hungry quite a lot! ^_^
