I think you are correct. We made it through the first class. Our teacher speaks very little English so listening and paying attention is paramount.

Thanks for your comment and support. We have private health insurance through Medís and registered with SNS (national healthcare system). We use both and thus far are very pleased with the high quality of care. It's interesting observing the care delivered when the system is basically not for porfit.

Great summary of the reverse culture shock you experienced when returning to the US to visit family. Wine prices and tipping for sure. Never thought I’d go back to ordering stuff on Amazon but, honestly, it’s so easy I can see myself doing the same thing-provided I can bring the goods back with me to PT. 😅 Cheers. 👏🏻
Ha, so true. We took one of our rolling duffle bags in the large red suitcase so we could fill it up with any of those Amazon purchases. Thank you for your encouraging comments.
