A gag order seeks to prevent public statements that could cause harm to the overall case or people involved that cannot be undone.
The judge likely knows what we all see: T wants to go to jail just so he can play martyr, "I went to jail for you, vote for meee!" He's trying to turn jail into bragging rights. Personally, I don't see the harm in putting him in jail for however long it takes him to quit making these statements. It's the only way to kick him off social media and keep him from violating his gag order, which I' not sure he even understands.

Prosecutors have already shown jurors proof and testimonies redarding:
1. Dirty Don lying about not knowing Karen McDougal AND Stormy Daniels.
2. Receipts of payment money to and from all parties involved.
If you're waiting for the crime part, so are we. Prosecutors are getting to it. It's only 2nd week in. We have about 6+ weeks to go. So don't worry, the jury will be presented ALL the evidence, proofs and testimonies of felonies that'll render guilty verdicts for all 34 charges.
