Hot racing shock tower extenders. I removed the rear shock towers and just use extenders from the chassis yes I had to drill some holes.

Don't wanna sound dumb but I'm wanting to later purchase a body for my gen 8 but it looks a little bit bigger than a 1/10 scale so would a 1/10 body be flush with it?

It goes by wheelbase but don’t forget your GEN 8 has an adjustable wheel base if you go to proline racing website you will see a bunch of crawler bodies.

Hi. Did you have to do any mods to make this body fit? I wanna replace the top heavy Scout body , but don't want to do much modding . Is there a "perfect" fit for the Gen 8 that you know of? Thanks

Yes I had to remove the The side skid plates( where are the ESC and receiver box mounts. I got a hold of some 3-D printed ones I don’t know where I got them from and I also had to move the batteries to one of the side skid plates to use the interior. The kit does not come with inner fenders. I also had to move the wheelbase using the adjustments on the links

Chanquish is the only way to go with rims, I've had 100$ Vanquish wheels and I've had multiple Chinese Amazon aluminum wheels and they are just as good. Vanquish makes great products but vanquish wheels are only to show you spent money an.have a cool name on it lmao. Oh and screw them for not including hubs on their wheels wtf for 100+$ you have to go out and spend another 60$ on stupid hubs because vanquish that's why lol.
