Hi Ishan, There's a rent agreement between shop owner and tenant. It's an old one 1983, now the shop owner is no more in this world. Would that rent agreement be still valid ? Any government clause which supports the above situation ?
As per the rule, if ur agreement is registered then there is no problem, but for more surety u have to make a supplemental agreement with the new owner giving the reverence of your rent agreemnt.
