    Practically most landlord ask cash money with agreement (when you go house rent, for commercial property things may be different), nobody goes of notarization its a rule in Delhi NCR. In given situation your video is informative but not practical for house rent

    Q1. Assume Notarized rent agreement is made upto 11 months cost 400 (say), after 11 months it has to be renewed again for next 11 months (costing 400 again)?? Q2.     सर , अगर कोई रेजिडेंशियल प्रॉपर्टी किराए पर देता है ११ महीने के लिए तो १०० रुपए के स्टाम्प पेपर पर नोट्राइज करता है तो क्या वह कानूनी रूप से मान्य है। और अगर वहीं प्रॉपर्टी ११ महीने के लिए बार बार रिन्यूअल हो रही है तो क्या नोटराइज एग्रीमेंट कानूनी रूप से मान्य है अथवा रजिस्टर्ड एग्रीमेंट करना पड़ेगा ?

    Formula’s to calculate the stamp duty payable on a rental agreement
    Monthly rental x No of months = A
    Advance rent for the period/non-refundable deposit = B
    10% x Refundable deposit x No of years of the agreement = C
    Total amount subject to stamp duty = D = A+B+C
    Stamp duty = E = 0.25% x D
    For example, if you enter into a leave and licence agreement for 24 months, with a monthly rent of Rs 25,000 and a refundable deposit of Rs five lakhs, you will have to pay a stamp duty of Rs 1,750 (being 0.25% on rent of Rs six lakhs for two years and interest of Rs one lakh for two years).

    Sir, i have a shop which i have given on rent for 11 mint, every year i make a new agreement of 11month since 2015 with ( same person), is it to make 11 month agreement or should i register, please advise. Thanks in advance.

    Sir, firstly video was too informative. My doubts are clear... Sir is there any rules for tenant if they want to give up on the property before their lease period? And if any security amount or advance rent is paid to the owner. What and how can tenant can deal with the situation?

    Issue ye hai...tenant don't want more than 1 year ...due to increase in rent.... So ye bhi reason hai 11 month ka banane ka and registration na karane ka...
